Instructions regarding access to the hotel is wrong on the Expedia site. Was unable to check in to the hotel because boarding pass could not be issued when I needed it - thus I was not able to gain access to the hotel.
The airline could only issue a boarding pass 3 hours before a flight due mainly to check in luggage being processed. I wanted to sleep in the hotel the night before I was to fly.

予約の時点でトランジット専用とは分からず、結局宿泊できなかった。
確かに其方からの資料には太字で書いてあったが、予約の時に注意表示すべきで、これは詐欺と言われても仕方がないのではないか。

乗り継ぎ時間が11時間ほどあったので宿泊しました。
空港のホテルなので値段が高いのはしょうがないと思います。
ただ、値段を考えるとアメニティがあまりにも少ないかな。
乗り継ぎ=スーツケースがない、というパターンも多いと思うので、せめてバスローブぐらいは置いておいて欲しいです。

Great place for a long layover and some restful sleep without leaving the airport

Facility did not work for us because we were in transit. Be warned! The location is inside of security.

This is an excellent place to stay if you have a layover in Taipei. The rooms are clean, efficient, comfortable and easily accessible to departure gates in Terminal 2. The service was also very good and they provide a free breakfast buffet and comfortable lounge. My only suggestion is to make it very clear in their hotel information that the hotel is past security in Terminal 2, so you must already have your boarding pass so that you can either go through immigration and security or already be through as a result of your previous flight.

This place is a gem within the terminal. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a very good experience and I'll stay again for sure.

I was traveling with my two daughters and had a twenty hour layover. I decided to get a hotel in the terminal instead of having the hassle of going through customs to get out of the airport and then come back in. The good part was that the room was very clean and modern and very convenient being that it was at the airport in terminal 2. It also came with a free buffet breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The bad part was that you only get 12 hours and the two beds were very small. They were skinnier than normal twin beds. To make up for the extra 8 hours we had we went to visit Taipei 101 which was very cool. They kept our carry-ons in a safe place at the front desk while we were out. Be warned that when we arrived back at the airport we had to wait till 12:30am for the security line to open back up so we could get back into terminal 2. I don't know what time they closed it.

Hotel is inside of terminal 2 and the room rate includes a room from 9pm to 9am as well as the food buffet which you can enjoy any time.

We had a wonderful and comfortable overnite stay and not to mention the premium 24hr buffet. The convenience qnd good quality food selection all made our stay most enjoyable. Definitely will return with friends and stay at your hotel.

If you have a long lay over in TPE, stay at this airport hotel. It is inside the lounge, so not only do you have a quiet room with a comfortable bed, you have a shower as well. You have access to the lounge 24hrs day, so if you need some food or a drink, they are all free. I will stay here again on my next layover. Remember, this place is inside the airport, so you need to be checked in and have a boarding pass to enter. If you are a transfer, then make sure you don't have to collect you bags, because you won't be able to enter this hotel/airport, till your airline opens for you to check you bags and get a boarding pass.

Bit noisy with all the airport announcements. Take ear plugs.

Very convenient in center of airport. A little noisy, can hear flight departure announcements in room but was able to get a good nights sleep. Buffet is OK, but not great with mostly Asian fare.

Unable to get back into terminal after flight from Singapore required me to exit security!

The hotel is inside the airport so don't leave the terminal. It is located by the business/first class lounges and by the food court. It is perfect for a layover.
