Pros:

Inmejorable ubicación, en pleno centro. Habitación grande con aire acondicionado y buen baño todo equipado. Muy buena opción. El personal muy amable, como en todo el país, son un amor.

A gem of a location
Pros:

very central to everything. Rooftop restaurant food was delicious.

Cons:

parking during check-in time is a nightmare. The staircase is very steep. not good for elderly people.

La ubicación, estás en pleno centro y la habitación tiene vista a Buda.
El desayuno está bien y el servicio de lavandería funciona de maravilla, en menos de 24 horas la tienes.

Cons:

No conseguimos que funcionara en toda la noche. Al parecer es un problema de cuando se iba a luz había que reiniciarlo todo, pero tras tres intentos lo dimos por imposible

Pros:

Pleasant staff, especially at breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise in the room e.g. from scraping of chairs on the concrete floor above, and from the traffic and a workshop at ground level. When checking in no mention was made of breakfast, where or when it was served. It would also have been VERY useful to know that the restaurant is open not just for breakfast but all day. This would have saved lots of inconvenience and seems like something you would mention, but I found out one my last morning when I could have been spending money there. Focus on the facts, not the upselling!

Tutti i comfort
Pros:

Pulita, dotata di tutti i confort (tv, frigo, phone, lavanderia) vicino al lago e principali attrazioni. Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Lunghe scale all’ingresso con basso soffitto, zona non molto sicura la sera (poi magari solo una mia percezione rispetto al resto delle città viste).
Ultima pecca è il conto, comunque pagato poco, ma colazione veniva 1850+2000, totale conto 4450.
Stessa cosa con albergo, pagato 7300, quando da Booking dovevo qualcosa meno…

Buena relación calidad precio. Ubicación muy buena.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, el personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Me ayudaron a aparcar el tuk tuk y a bloquearlo para evitar indeseables.
La habitación era espaciosa y disponía de aire acondicionado y nevera, un baño amplio y moderno.

Cons:

Solo disfrutamos de agua caliente en la primera ducha que nos dimos al llegar el primer día. Los demás días no hubo manera de conseguir que saliese caliente, aunque fue un mal menor porque viene bien para refrescarse.
Las sábanas no me parecieron muy cómodas, se adherian al cuerpo con facilidad y era incómodo moverse en la cama.
Una cucaracha gigante vino a visitarnos la primera noche y la invitamos a irse amablemente.
Echamos de menos el hervidor de agua.

Good option for quick stop in Kandy
Pros:

Good location in central Kandy. Walking distance to main sites in town. Staff very friendly and give recommendations on sites to see. Room was very clean. Fridge in room and nice bathroom. Rooftop cafe with good breakfast.

Cons:

Worth mentioning that the stairs to the hotel are quite steep. It wasn’t a problem for us though it may be for some people.

Pros:

El trato del personal. El desayuno. La habitación.

Cons:

Faltan perchas como en casi todos los hoteles de Sri Lanka. Se puede ir andando al centro, q no es interesante, pero con el calor no es agradable.
