Pros:

Tesis merkezdeydi ve gezilecek yerlere Charles köprüsü, Prag kalesi, Vaklava nehri Astronomik saat kulesi gibi yerlere hep yürüyerek ulaştık.Biz aile odasında kaldık ve odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi.Otel temizdi ve birçok Avrupa şehir otellerinde olmayan konfora sahipti.( otel terliği, banyo kiti, havlu hariç bir de bornoz, 2 odada da yeterli büyüklükte gardırop vardı).Prag gezi planı yapacaklara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Bizim kaldığımız oda caddeye bakıyordu.Otel önünden devamlı tramvay geçtiği için gürültü oluyordu.

Rude administrator, but good rooms
Pros:

Nice rooms, a lot of space inside, really nice location! Breakfast was kinda poor but it’s okay, you can still find something nice to eat!:)

Cons:

The administrator was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. He also appeared untidy, which made the experience even more unpleasant. We tried to avoid interacting with him as much as possible. He was an older, heavy-set man.

At check-in, he insisted on seeing our residence permits, even though our passports should have been more than sufficient. He was unable to clearly explain why these additional documents were necessary.

When we politely asked about the possibility of a late check-out, he repeatedly interrupted me, did not let me finish speaking, and dismissed the request in a very disrespectful manner.

This was the only staff member we had issues with. In contrast, the younger male receptionists who usually worked night shifts were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with.

Honestly, his attitude towards guests completely ruined our mood. Because of this experience, we would not choose to stay here again, even though the hotel itself is good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at Garden Court Hotel. The hotel is well located near the main attractions and public transport, with a very warm welcome and great service overall, and delicious and varied breakfast.

Modernes Hotel in Zentrumnähe mit angenehmen Ambiente.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, neue Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, Kapselmaschine u Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Grosses Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. In unserem Dachgeschosszimmer war der Dachstuhl sichtbar und schön ins Ambiente integriert.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu aktivieren (bei unserer Ankunft lag die Temperatur in unserem Dachgeschosszimmer bei 28 Grad/C). Es wurde aber nach unserer Reklamation sofort ein Ventilator bereitgestellt, der dieses Problem löste.

Für mein subjektives Empfinden waren die Betten / Matrazen sehr weich.

I liked it very much. Top location, all the main attractions are within walking distance. The rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast was also great! The staff is smiling and very friendly.

Pros:

Lage super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen , Zimmer sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei .
Gerne wieder. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen.

Direi tutto perfetto.
Pros:

Pulizia perfetto- buona colazione- Buona posizione rispetto al centro di Praga. Ci si può Spostare a Piedi e nei dintorni ci sono negozi e servizi di ogni tipo. La camera standard è abbastanza grande e confortevole e dotata di tutto (frigorifero- bollitore-cassaforte-) nonché silenziosa perché adiacente su un cortile interno e molto luminosa.

Cons:

I cuscini del letto non sono confortevoli-
Il termostato era a 26° gradi e non era possibile abbassarlo. Faceva troppo caldo.
Nei primi due giorni avevamo solo 2 asciugamani per due persone compresi quelli per la doccia poi sono stati aggiunti senza averlo richiesto, probabilmente una svista. Comunque in generale siamo soddisfatti
