Pros:

Przemiła obsługa, wygodny, duży apartament, znakomite materace, spokojna okolica z leśnym parkiem, duży parking. Do ścisłego centrum spacerem ścieżką rowerowo-pieszą wzdłuż rzeki ok 2.5 km. Dla nas świetne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt

Pros:

Чисто, удобно, прям рядом автобусная остановка с которой ходит автобус в центр Карловых вар. Окна выходили на дорогу но шума от этого совсем не было. В санузле прикольная разноцветная подсветка. Хороший завтрак.

Super snídaně,
Čisté a pohodlné pokoje

Cons:

V minibaru nebyla uvedena cena u všech položek, takto to působilo, že voda a oříšky měly být zdarma, ale jaksi nebyly.... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pros:

Man kann direkt kostenfrei beim Hotel parken und braucht knapp 15 Minuten um ins Zentrum von Karlsbad zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und nicht ganz sauber.
Die Fenster waren direkt beim Eingang zum Hotel und Leute die vorbeigingen sahen direkt ins Zimmer. Wenn man die Fenster öffnete bekam man den Rauch der Raucher die vor dem Hoteleingang standen, ins Zimmer.
Das Personal hat leider während unserer Abwesenheit die Fenstertür nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass diese eigentlich den ganzen Tag von außen geöffnet werden konnte.

Abgesehen von einigen Mängeln, die man beheben kann, war der Aufenthalt gut
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffett war gut und immer gefüllt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Restaurant im Haus mit guter regionaler Küche. Zimmer mit Balkon. Kofferablage, Kühlschrank und Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmerservice mangelhaft, denn Zimmer wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Türen im Zimmer und zum Bad für Rollstuhlfahrer zu schmal und Drehbereich zum Bad ebenso. Das Bad war für Rollstuhlfahrer zu klein.
Matratzen durchgelegen.

Pobyt w weekend Wielkanocny
Pros:

Przyjazny, miły personel, wygodne łóżko, duży parking, smaczne śniadania oraz dania w restauracji, bar w lobby. Przystanek autobusowy obok hotelu a na pieszo około godzinę spacerem do centrum Karlowych Warów. Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa z usług SPA nie korzystaliśmy. Pobyt w hotelu oceniamy bardzo dobrze.

Cons:

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Great and comfy selection to visit Karlovy Vary
Pros:

The apartment we booked was newly decorated, everything was pristine, supper comfy and quite spacious. The hotel is also pretty nice and gives a luxurious feeling. Breakfast was quite satisfying. It's also nice to have free parking as there is almost no parking possibility in city center and you can easily book an Uber to city center.

Cons:

As the new trend in hotels, the shower was closed only half way, so all the water was pouring all over the place from the back side.

Für einen Kurztrip wieder
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Direkte Busverbindung in Innenstadt in ca.2min Fußweg.
Frühstück war ok, nichts Besonderes, aber alles vorhanden, was man für ein Frühstück benötigt.
Zimmerausstattung einfach gehalten, aber für ein Kurztrip völlig ausreichend.
Personal war überall sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Hand und Duschtücher sollten kontrolliert werden. Wir hatten ein Handtuch mit riesen Loch und ein Duschtuch, wo die Seiten völlig ausgefranst waren. Macht keinen guten Eindruck , wo sonst doch alles klappt.
