When booking more than 5 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply.

Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted.
Valid credit card details are held on file during the stay.

A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible.
If applicable, the property will use the provided credit card details for incidentals, damages and extras.

Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21.
Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.
If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

Great hotel !
Pros:

beautiful new hotel. very spacious room. perfect location with free parking and public transport right in front. A very friendly and attentive front desk staff
An excellent experience all around!

Cons:

You don't get every day cleaning and fresh towels unless you ask specifically. Should be standard in my view.

Great little apartment near public transportation and restaurants
Pros:

The location was good although not near downtown, it has everything you need nearby (restaurants, groceries, public transportation etc.) Clean and nice apartment. Comfortable even with a family of four.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast was great but several days they ran out of a few items.

Rauhallinen ja laadukas hotelli hyvillä liikenneyhteyksillä
Pros:

Hotellin edestä kulkee bussilinja lentoasemalle ja raitiovaunut keskustaan. Metroasema on yhden raitiovaunupysäkin päässä ja sinne käveleekin muutamassa minuutissa. Samassa korttelissa on ruokakauppa ja kahviloita, joten huoneen keittiötä oli helppo hyödyntää. Lähellä on myös ravintoloita, joista voi hakea ruokaa. Huone oli tilava, siisti ja hyvin toimiva. Vuodesohva oli levitettynä ison parisängyn kokoinen (leveys 180 cm), joten siihen mahtui hyvin nukkumaan kaksi teini-ikäistä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Äänieristeet olivat hyvät ja huone oli hiljainen.

Pros:

The rooms for a family is very comfortable. Even though it’s a bit farther from the city center, getting there and back is very easy thanks to the tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel. For families,like ours with two young children (ages 4 and 6), its a great choice. The neighbourhood is nice safe, the atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Odalarımız temiz ve genişti.Personeli çok yardımcı oldu ısıtıcı ve bebeğime süt konusunda konumu merkeze o kadar yakın değil ama tren istasyonu önünde hemen ve kendilerine ait otopark olması bizim için çok iyiydi

Great and well situated apartment hotel
Pros:

Large rooms with equipped kitchen. Excellent location with a direct 15 minutes bus connection to the airport. Tram connection to city centre (also about 15 minutes) or walk distance 30 minutes. There is a large grocery shop and many cafeterias/bakeries in the neighborhood. Spacious and super clean bathrooms. Private access to sauna area was a very nice cherry on tart.

Pros:

Loved that we had 2 separate bedrooms, both of which had their own bathrooms, then a modern livingroom. Rooms were better than the pictures and beds very comfortable.

Cons:

We had trouble with getting our bedroom lights and AC working, but were too tired to call help with that.

Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Tiene gimnasio y sauna. Tienes varias conexiones en la puerta con el centro de la ciudad y con el aeropuerto y la estancia es espaciosa y el baño tiene de todo.

Cons:

Un poco de polvo en todos los muebles y el colchón no era muy cómodo para mi gusto, pero había varias opciones distintas de almohadas.
