Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted.

Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

Heerlijk verblijf, top locatie.
Pros:

Locatie was top, de inrichting en sfeer erg mooi.

Cons:

Erg jammer dat we vanaf 15:00 konden inchecken maar om 17:30 de kamer nog steeds niet klaar was.
2x gevraagd om het ontbijt af te rekenen terwijl ik dat inclusief had geboekt.
Het verveelde gehang en populair aanspreken van het personeel naar de gasten toe komen dan ook niet echt representatief over. Zeker niet als je dan ziet dat de tafels met vuile ontbijt troep erg lang blijft staan.
Jammer dat zo’n mooi hotel hier niet iets scherper op is.

Hotel confort avec accès facile au centre par tram

Nous avons eu 3 appartements exécutifs qui sont très agréables et spacieux pour 2 personnes. L'hotel permet d'accèder au centre ville très facilement avec le Tram juste en face. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Schönes Badezimmer. Gut an die Öffis angebunden, aber man kann auch zu Fuß durch den Vondelpark bis nach Amsterdam reinlaufen.
