When booking more than 5 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply.

Twenty Eight is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted.
Valid credit card details are held on file during the stay.

A valid physical credit card needs to be presented upon check in - no third party authorisation is possible.
If applicable, the property will use the provided credit card details for incidentals, damages and extras.

Please be advised that the minimum age in the hotel is 21.
Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.
If you wish to add an extra adult or child to the accommodation, please book the 2-Bedroom Apartment.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.

Mooi hotel, fijne kamers met vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Ruime, schone en mooie kamer met goede bedden! Zelfs de slaapbank was comfortabel!

Absolutely wonderful - beautifully decorated, very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Apartment had a great layout with room to sit to socialize. Kitchen was great to have. Coffee maker made delicious coffee.

Cons:

There was no space to store the suitcases. It would be nice to have a small dresser where we could unpack the suitcases and store the suitcases somewhere out of the way, like under the bed.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to tram and groceries. Very clean gym, great beds and amenities.

Cons:

Room was a little dusty, but nothing too bad.

Would stay again. Has a lovely boutique feel while still being accessible to small families or longer stays.
Pros:

Perfect for a small family. Very close to a nice park for younger children and a grocery store. Crib provided was perfect. Across the street from the bus that takes you directly into city center or to the airport.

Cons:

A little far from city center but this wasn’t an issue for us. Public transport is very easy and clean and on time. There was also some older food in the bottom of the dishwasher but it wasn’t a big deal.

Super séjour, dans bel appartement, bien situé avec personnel très accueillant
Pros:

Appartements bien décorés, spacieux avec grandes salles de bain.
Nous étions un groupe de 7 adultes, nous avons eu 2 appartements à côté, ce qui a été super convivial, ce que nous recherchions.
Bien situés, prêt des transports en commun.

Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant, pour donner des informations et garder les bagages après les Check out.
Parfait pour groupe ou familles qui veulent faire des petits déjeuners ou petits repas sur place.

Cons:

Tout était parfait
Ce serait un plus d avoir des petits chaussons pour être à l intérieur.

Geat Hotel and very nice personell!!!!!
Pros:

Great Hotel with Parking, located just of the highway so stress free for those who come by car. Tram connections to town easy, supermarket around the corner, restaurants. etc. Personell are very helpful and kind!
