Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Bar am Pool meistens nicht besetzt und man musste auf umständliche Art und Weise das Personal rufen, um Getränke zu bestellen. Ob das immer so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

I would certainly stay here again in this beautiful hotel.

Beautifully appointed rooms, very quiet and clean, great location, good value

Cons:

There were no instructions for the two remotes for the TV. I needed someone to come up twice to help me get the TV on and off and get stations.. instructions in English would be nice.

Why was there no one there in the dining room at the omelette station?

This is a great hotel in a really good location at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

The location is really good, in the centre of Miraflores close to shops, restaurants and bars. The sight seeing tour bus stops nearby. The hotel is spacious as are the rooms and the roof terrace and pool is great. The staff are really helpful and couldn't have been more welcoming. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold food available.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike here.
