Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und alles war sehr sauber. Das Hotel bot zudem eine bequeme Lounge area im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage war sehr zentral.

Customer service at the front desk especially from Monika who is amazing to make guest feel welcomed. She made sure to fulfill every request we had.
