accoglienza alla reception. forse per l'orario ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna informazione e il tutto è stato gestito un po' frettolosamente senza chiedere se avessimo bisogno di una mano con i bagagli e senza spiegare nemmeno se ci fosse wifi, qualche servizio o dove fosse il piano della colazione

La ubicacion: Excelente!
El desayuno un poco escuálidos en cantidad y calidad de frutos y tipos de café y lácteos.
También en cuanto a hacer cumplir horario de atención del desayuno. Vimos personas llegando al comedor justo a las 10 y también personas al interior del comedor, sacando cosas de los mesones a las 10 de la mañana, con lo cual, atrasan a todo el personal que atiende el comedor. Creemos que debe existir la orden del que esta a cargo del comedor, de justo a las 10 retirar todo lo bebible y comestible y además hacer hincapié a los pasajeros del hotel que esa será una orden respetada del hotel que se debe cumplir. En otros Paises como EEUU y Europa se cumple si o si.

Hotel gut als Ausgangspunkt, so wie Lima allgemein

Die Lage in Miraflores war super als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen. In der Umgebung gab es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars.

Cons:

Ich erwarte keinesfalls Deutsch. Es wäre aber gut, wenn die meisten Englisch sprechen könnten.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Ubicación, cerca de plaza kennedy, lugares para salir de noche y buenos restaurantes cercanos , buena calidad de cama, ropas de cama y toallas. Buen tamaño de habitación

Cons:

Piscina fría, ideal que sea climatizada, por esa razón no la usamos. Deberían aprovechar el roof top y hacer algo para las noches , un bar restaurante abierto a todo público ...están perdiendo un buen lugar. El desayuno promedio, cumple , pero no destaca .
