Cons:

Al llegar al hotel, nos enteramos por personal de recepción que no había aire acondicionado, pero que éste iba a estar repuesto en uno o dos días, nos ofrecieron movernos a otro hotel de menor categoría, pero no quisimos pensando en que iba a ser temporal y porque ya teníamos el precio reservado desde antes.
Finalmente el aire nunca se repuso y toda nuestra estadía fue sin aire acondicionado, lo que para el mes de enero (pleno verano) es algo realmente importante.

A wonderful resting spot in Lima!
Pros:

The pool deck was lovey and comfortable. The breakfast was of very high quality. The staff were cordial and very nice.
The decorations added to the relaxing charm of the hotel. It was very clean and upscale.

Nice location in Miraflores, everything was clean.

Cons:

The AC was not working. We only stayed one night of our planned 3 nights. Our room was 28*C. The staff gave us a fan but it wasn’t enough. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Rebooked across the street.

El desayuno y la comida en general estuvieron increíbles. La ubicación del Hotel también es buenísima.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación estuvo malo los 5 días. A pesar de que fueron gentiles y nos asignaron un ventilador, la humedad en Lima es bastante y se hace pesado sin aire acondicionado, razón por la que uno escoge un hotel. Nos dijeron que se demorarían entre 1-2 días en arreglarlo, pero estuvo malo toda la estadía.

Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado nos dijeron que se había malogrado. Un hotel de 4 estrellas y que no solucionaran eso inmediatamente me parece mal.

La ubicación, la limpieza y la cama muy cómoda y la habitación tiene buen espacio

Cons:

1. El hotel no tenía aire acondicionado en funcionamiento y tomando en cuenta el precio, pudieron haber brindado un mejor servicio al cliente al respecto. La verdad el no tener AC si fue bastante complicado debido a que la habitación era muy caliente y el clima en general era caliente y húmedo. No hubo ninguna compensación por la avería - también había una cortesía de bebidas y se les dañó la máquina de hielo, entonces tuvieron que ir a buscar. Fueron varias averías en un momento inoportuno que no se resolvieron tan efectivamente
2. El desayuno fue bastante básico y la cena es muy cara y no es tan rica, calidad-precio mal, por el mismo precio se puede comer en un restaurante mejor
3. El personal de restaurante y limpieza fueron amable y atentos, sin embargo los de recepción podrían mejorar
4. El wifi del hotel no es tan rápido
