I enjoyed it so much I have extended my stay.

Pros:

everything! This hotel was great. Clean, spacious rooms with a stunning view. All of the staff were super friendly and the dogs were a bonus too. Food is so tasty especially breakfast! Great amenities and the location is lovely and peaceful. If you want to relax this is the perfect place.

bain de jungle et tranquillité top pour se ressourcer, sans etre très loin d'autres spots de l'ile
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel . Un taxi boat nous a été envoyé pour nous amener depuis l'arrivée du ferry jusqu'à notre établissement. La discrétion et la présence du personnel toujours à notre écoute. La qualité et variété des repas. Les super smoothies de fruits frais. Je ne comprends vraiment pas les commentaires négatifs sur cet établissement concernant le personnel masculin qui est certes plus discret que le personnel féminin mais tout aussi gentil, agréable et serviable.
Le coté " isolé " dans la dans la verdure tropicale. Un bain de verdure au bord de la mer, dans le silence, super ressourçant.
Situation géographique de l'établissement idéal pour etre un peu isolé dans un bel espace de jungle, et cependant pas très loin à pieds de la grande baie de Saracen Bay (10min à pieds) ou de Lazy Beach ( 35 min à pieds).

Great place for a 2 or 3 nights if you want a more natural experience.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Feel like you’re me in nature not in another resort hotel. Great food.

Cons:

Avoid Chinese New Year. Big party of locals next to me, very noisy.

Das Bungalow war super im Wald unter Bäumen gelegen 👌🏻

Cons:

Der Chef war nicht so gastfreundlich und abweisend uns gegenüber…
Das Café zum Frühstücken war ungeniessbar schade..

Resort confortable mais…
Pros:

Au calme dans la végétation. Bungalow assez spacieux et literie plutôt confort. Le restau sur place pour grignoter, déjeuner ou dîner ou boire un verre. 4 choix au petit déjeuner (un peu redondant au bout de 4 jours) on apprécie le coté « autonomie » avec eau de la montagne captée et panneaux solaires (pas de clim mais brasseur d’air fait le job)

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant, les bungalows auraient besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement et d’être modernisés. Assez éloigné à pied des plus belles plages. Plage « privée » plus que bof. Le personnel et certains employés ne sont pas avenants (blasés ?) la petite serveuse elle est adorable. Réveillez Laguna vous la concurrence est féroce à quelques mètres

An amazing place to stay
Pros:

That was an amazing place to spend time! A piece of paradise in the ocean, really calm, peaceful, private, and wonderful nature all around... ^^
The stuff is really nice and careful! Any question could be solved really fast.
I enjoyed the bar and delicious quisine!
I lived in a cottage, clean, spacios, with nice shower room and cool personal terrace with hanging egg-chair (fav place to spend time with a glass of wine and fruits in the evening :) That was soooo good, the panoramic view on jungles, the private beach just a few steps further.
I liked that i asked for snorkeling equipment, got it for free and enjoyed the views underwater: so beautiful, colorful, many fish, corals and other ocean life right at your yard lol
The resort also hv suggestions for variety of excursions, pool tables (for free) and some other things you get informed about when arrive.
I really suggest to visit that place.

P.S.: I read some previous feedback and what I can notice:
- no problem with hot water any time I need it;
- no problem with stuff at all, nice English, very helpful and reasonable
- no problem with monkeys, saw them once at the beach, haven't heard them at night.
