Lovely stay next to the sea!
Pros:

The white beach, the turquoise water and the dolphins, fish and turtles were unforgettable. The staff that accompanied us on our multiple tours was exceptional for our two girls of 5 and 7 years old. They managed to make inspiring their first snorkling experience, after their initial doubts. Thank you for that! The other hotel staff served us well. The rooms were pleasant and we appreciated the swimming pool with its floating devices and its shallow stools next to the bar.

Cons:

I would have liked that the Kwenda Rocks Beach hotel provides me with the invoice for the accommodation. I had been in touch with the hotel directly and sent them 30% of their invoice. Then the hotel told me that it had been taken care of. I realised later that it had been paid through booking.com. At this stage I have never received any such invoice from booking.com. It confused me, as I was not back in Switzerland.

Staff and location are just wonderful and we had the most amazing stay

The Staff were just incredible - friendly knowledgable and eager to engage - our favorites were Salma, Raymond, Jutie, Diana, Salim Thankyou to all for making our stay so special

Cons:

We understand it’s good business sense to rent out sun-beds to people from neighbouring hotels - but not once in our 7 day stay did we manage to get in the first couple of front rows … perhaps you should consider prioritizing hotel patrons above walk ins ? Also the cushions on sunbeds are really quite worn and not comfortable especially for a four star resort. Also I was astonished by the extremely bad rate you offer against US dollars when paying the bill in cash - the difference was literally a further nights accomodation , which is just a bit too greedy do you not think ?

Nice hotel, with nice beach.
Pros:

Nice hotel with big wonderful rooms, awsome beach, tasty cuisine and nice bar. Great staff in restaurant and bar. Great SPA.

Cons:

Really unfriendly lady at the reception - always angry and unhappy. All asks or requests were taken aggressively. Around the hotel there are no good cafes or restaurants - we spended time only in the hotel or at the excersions.

Ein netter Abschluss für unsere Reise
Pros:

Das Resort/Hotel liegt an einem schönen Strand, wobei das Wasser nicht sehr klar ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Pool, wobei das kein Pool war, sondern eher Badewannengröße hat. Aber das war auf den Bildern auch ersichtlich und daher nicht überraschend. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und hatte eine schöne Größe. Das Frühstück war gut. Hatte schon bessere, aber auch schlechtere.
Es wäre pirma, wenn es einen Dresscode beim Frühstück gäbe. Manche Dinge will man nicht schon beim Essen sehen, reicht, wenn man sie am Strand sieht.
Ansonsten ein nett geführtes Hotel, aber im Hochsommer zur Hochsaison stell ich mir das schwierig vor.

Cons:

Nicht vorhandener Dress Code beim Frühstück. Der Platz in der Mitte....nur Sand, könnte schöner gestaltet sein.

Location molto bella, molto curata, turistica, pulita, stanze grandi e accoglienti. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile.
Unica cosa che potrebbe “infastidire” il turista è che come dicono gli africani, loro vivono una vita “pole pole” ovvero con MOOOLTA CALMA. Quindi aspettatevi tempi molto lunghi per qualsiasi cosa / richiesta / pasto.
A parte questo però siamo stati molto bene. Cibo buono, tutti super carini, stanze sempre pulite.

We loved the stay

the rooms were smart,we loved the food and breakfast was lovely

staff members are not well trained,please emphasize on speed and closing the bar and restuarant early and activities were limited because of Ramadan of which we travelled and found things not as we expected
