Not a great stay
Pros:

The actual rooms are nothing like the pictures. ie no bedside lamps, floor is cracked, curtains do not cover the windows fully and are very thin, bathroom is tiny and smelly, decor is old and desperately needs replacement. The lifts are unreliable, corridors and stairs are filthy. Also very noisy at it is on a busy street and the honking starts early and goes on to very late. All in all, not great.

Pros:

None of the pics showed the room I was given. No balcony, 1 stained towel, no chair, the bathroom had mildew, the window didn't fully close, and trash was scattered and visible from the elevator area. On the good side, staff were all wonderful and accommodating, the bedding was clean, and my belongings were kept safe despite being after check out time.

Pros:

I'm writing this review to details my 1 week stay in this hotel. I booked the biggest room with a balcony.
Location : 5/5, the hotel sits right in the middle of cairo in a very strategic location. You can find supermarket, metro stations, electronics stores, and many local restaurants nearby. You wouldn't need a cab or a car to discover the area around you. Just know that it's a very lively area, so if you're not into that you might want to consider another place. I personally prefer it since you can't be a victim of theft when there is a lot of people around you.

Comfort: 4/5 The beds and bed sheets are very comfortable and I didn't find any difficulty sleeping on them. The only problem was the noise outside, since the balcony isn't sound proof. Just sleep early at night and it wouldn't be a problem.

Service and staff : 5/5 The hotel is basically one floor, so the reception is directly outside your door. You can ask them whatever you want and they would make their best to serve you as quick as possible. They're all friendly and helpful,i didn't face any problem with their attitude. They would help you even with your concerns outside the hotel premises, such as places to visit and hints about how to wander through the city.
They also offer complimentary breakfast depending on the bundle you purchased.

Just remember to purchase a SIM card with Internet for your stay, since you really need it outside the hotel. You will
