This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!

Nice property

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel! This place is Exceptional! I cannot give them enough praise ! They take care of their customers like they’re family! We will stay here again and again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good, basic breakfast.

It was an old room without windows. Not pleasant to spend time in. The toilet was not flushing. The staff fixed it right away and was nice, though.

The lights were all off but the room 10/10

Nice place to stay

The facility is pleasant and fooms are spacious. We had an issue with noises not allowing for good sleep. Gos barking non stop sounded like from the next room but probably a neighbor. Also motorcycles.

My first time visiting Nicaragua with family and Marbella welcome me and husband with open arms. Everyone was wonderful and fantastic... Yes, my next trip back I will stay again Marbella. Thank you again!!

Massive room was excellent with comfortable King bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and guest toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast of coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, toast, and gallo pinto. Very quiet and private property. Loved having the pool to jump into as the sun was setting to cool off after a hot day. Visited at the end of April, so not in busy season.

After doing some research, this is the nicest hotel in the area. High rise chain hotels do not exist in this region. It was a very nice hotel

This property needs a lot of maintenance. I satyed in suite 22-23
The lights did not work in the master bedroom.
We were 4 people, only 3 towels in the room, when I asked for one more one of the ladies from housekeeping insisted, she put 4 towels not 3. And wanted to argue about it.
Only 2 blankets instead of 3 and when asked for that one they told me that they did not have access to get an extra blanket that was missing.
People is nice but also with an ugly attitude. I would never stay here again.

Spent two weeks resting up from travelling non stop for three months. Great hotel. I booked a suite which was well worth it. Clean and very spacious. Ac, hot water wifi etc worked great. Smart tv. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. The property is beautiful . Close to shopping and dining. The center square is about five minute walk. The room was massive. Didn’t use the entire suite. It had a guest toilet as well. Fridge and kitchen were nice.

The propert was well maintained. Really nice room. Good location. We were treated well.
