Lage und Baden war super, sonst leidet etwas enttäuschend.
Pros:

Es gab kein Personal, ausser eine Reinigungskraft, eine Dame die die einzige Ansprechperson war und SEHR nett und hilfsbereit war.
Positiv war die Lage, weil sehr zentral. Und sehr positiv war, dass der Eintritt ins Strandbad (kein anstellen) und die Liegen und Schirme gratis waren.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl in den Bewertungen vom Frühstück geschwärmt wurde. Es gab auch kein Personal, ausser eine Reinigungskraft, die die einzige Ansprechperson war und SEHR nett und hilfsbereit war. Bei anderen Fragen musste man jedesmal anrufen, wo man schwer durchkam. Die Wörthersee Pluscard war nicht automatisch im Zimmer, man musste wieder extra anrufen, damit sie per Email zugeschickt wurde.
Es gab keinen Lift, nur eine steile Treppe und im Bad nur eine Badewanne. Leider nicht barrierefrei und für ältere Gäste sehr beschwerlich. Leider auch keine Klimaanlage, man musste Nachts die Fenster offen lassen, damit die Temperatur erträglich blieb, aber bis 1h Früh war laute Musik von den Lokalen zu hören (wir hatten Blick auf den Parkplatz) und um 7h Früh kam der Müllwagen, also von erholsamen Schlaf keine Rede. Leider war auch kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer , obwohl es einen Schrank dafür gab, der aber leer war.
Auf den Fotos in booking.com waren Balkone ersichtlich, wir hatten aber keinen Balkon.

Pros:

Haben 4-6 Wochen im Voraus gebucht und dann eineinhalb Tage vor Anreise wurde wir vom Hotel umgebucht mit der Begründung das sie überbucht seien, das alternativ Hotel war sehr weit außerhalb und wäre deutlich günstiger gewesen, weshalb wir dieses abgesagt haben und nun laufen wir hinter dem Geld her. Bei Booking hat der Hotelier angegeben dass die Reise stattgefunden hätte.
Seit dem Besitzer Wechsel scheinbar absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen waren beim letzten Mal über aus zufrieden und die Lage ist sehr gut.

Pros:

It was easy to find, and the location was perfect—close to both the town center and the lake, yet in a quiet area where nothing disturbed us. The room was super clean and comfortable. I can recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Unkomplizierter Self-Check-in, tolle zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Obwohl das Hotel im Zentrum liegt, war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Hotel, keine Klimaanlage. Außerdem ist kein Personal vor Ort, daher ein bisschen unpersönlich. Preis-Leistung etwas teuer.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig! Das Bad mit der Regendusche hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Der Balkon super für meinen Mann zum Rauchen. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit auch die Nähe zum Zentrum, ideal in alle Richtungen Bäcker, Strandbad & Lokale.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Lage bestens.

Cons:

Wir hatten Probleme an die Schlüssel zukommen. Kein Personal Vorort, alles wurde telefonisch abgewickelt.
Leider mussten wir auch die Eintrittskarten für das Strandbad ein zweites Mal bezahlen. Diese wären eigentlich inkludiert im Zimmerpreis gewesen .

Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Ort. Hotel ist schon alt, sollte mal renoviert werden. Aber alles Sauber. Einziges richtiges Problem ist nur das keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist.
