I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my business trip. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to focus on my work. The food was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was excellent.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to visiting again.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was just perfect. The room keeping was good and the breakfast spread was also so tasty.
Lunch at the ground floor restaurant was excellent. Good spread and taste. Easy access. Ample parking and seats. Courteous staff. Excellent decor and ambience. Grand ballroom is available for functions and food arrangements. Enjoyed the experience.

Specially they maintained hygiene and house keeping staff is working to good one of the staff member Anish is very supportive and active to fix all our cleaning related issue.

I visit Icon Business hotel it was really nice and the staff was really good specially One housekeeping supervisor ho taken the floor works i forget the name I'm sorry for that but the person was really good behaviour when I visit hotel he show me 5 to 6 rooms and also they have cute smile and very nice behaviour, I will try to visit again but the reception person I forget the name he was also good person 😊🤭 Thank team to make my say special ☺️
Great place to stay. The quality of food and service is excellent. Even the proximity of the hotel is right in the heart of the city with near by market and restaurant which is definitely an advantage.
Hotel is very nice, all staff s r very co operative specially receptionist ( sujata) is so sweet lady, canteen staff also , , canteen service is very good. Mithun is very good personality. Didn't expect the bed bug in the room
I am Dr Jayan from Sri Lanka, spent one whole month in Bangalore Kundalahalli ICON with you. I thought of dropping this word, is necessary before I go.
I came to India booking the hotel without knowing any thing about the hotel, just because it was close to Sankara Eye Hospital where I am posted for my postgraduate studies. We contacted this trust worthy manager called MR. Laurance.
Once I came to Bangalore without knowing anyone, the hotel staff including its manager, were really kind to help me with great trust.
I had all my valuable and important documents in hotel room and it was kept safe even more than my own home. I felt like am in home and this room became my own one for the last one month.
The reception always helped me with Wi-Fi and all the other requirements. The reception and receptionists are always available for 24/7 without any problem. They always tried to help me with smiling face. The two boys and the lady were always out to help me with a smile full in there face.
The kitchen and the restaurant were really nice. They helped me to choose the food which suits me with great kindness. I was really afraid of choosing Indian food which I did not know by its name. The restaurant manager hope if I am correct, MR. Arumugam and his team were really nice. No words to express
Last but not least, the housekeeping team and the laundry, did a nice job for me. They kept my room clean and protected. My all important documents including money I kept in the room. I did not lose even a cent during my stay. Laundry people did a highly trust worthy job.
After all, I am moving out tomorrow, because I have to, for my learning tasks. I have to be with my colleagues. But the month I stayed in ICON Hotel Bangalore Kundalahalli, is a life time memory I really enjoyed.

Bathroom doors don't close, no toiletries, bedsheets are dirty and when I asked them to change then staff was very rude. Total payment for 2 days is ₹8000 for 2 rooms. So disappointed. Oyo rooms is 100 times better than this. If any staff is reading this please try to improve the situation
We stayed at Icon for 3 days, and yet one of the worse stays I have ever had in my life.
-The check in was done poorly, with focus on only how to charge is upfront for 3 days.
- The first room we got had a cockroach party going on in the toilet and on the cabinet
- the next room we got had a few dead cockroach and some playing over those dead ones.
- when we asked for a change of 3rd room they said they have none. We asked we would like to cancel our stay for lack of proper hygine and he refused to refund the money taken 15 minutes ago and said the property manager was unwell and day off. he was supposed to call next day however he never showed up.
- The breakfast ran out before all guests could be served. So we were given a bit of left overs and a dose without chutney (Which had run out) and ice cold thick sambhar!
- The food in alacart is extremely spicy.
- they give 2 small complimentry water bottles each day, which was missed on day 2, and when i called them at 1 AM in the night, the housekeeping said "were you not given your complimentry water, if you need more its 46 rupees per bottle" like really at 1 AM!
- the bathrooms were pathetic. needs real deep clean, mind you, the problem is not the hosekeeping guys, its the hotel management!
The bed lenins were stained and not changed for 2 days. the bathroom lenins are hard and pathetic!
- a couple of lights didnt work in the room and were never changed in the 3 days were were there!
- the building has a resto-bar on 1st floor, Gilly's which is not managed by the hotel staff. They play real loud music till 12.30 AM and the hotel simply doesnt agree to even talk to them.
This hotel is bang on the flyover and hence the honking goes on the whole night.
all in all its a 3rd grade hotel with nothing good about it!
I wouldnt advise anyone stay here
I had a wonderful experience with Bhagini Icon Business Hotel during my 3 nights stay.
The hygiene and safety precautions were top notch, the place is amazing, restaurant having all the necessary safety measures in place and serving a good menu for buffet breakfast.
The staff here are very courteous, every single person greeted with a smile and they went above and beyond to make sure all your needs were met.
Lastly I want to thank each and every one for the overwhelming hospitality and specially to the Hotel Manager Mr. Gerald Lawrence for having a perfect team under his supervision to deliver the best service excellence 👍

The staff was very warm and helpful. Quick checkin and checkout. Amazing Stay for a great price! Best place to stay. Washroom is a lil small. But very pretty. No disturbances in the room. Overall amazing!
I had a pleasant stay in the hotel....the rooms were cleaned and sanitized every day...the location of the hotel is also at a very good place. I liked the hospitality of the staff as they are always ready to help with an easily approachable attitude. Amazing place to stay here, hygienic, hospitality was very good and more over brekfast was quite okay but dinner was amazing food served and front reception staff has to be responsible for all customer queries but quite handling a issue with customer was okay, icon business hotel manager hand done exceptional job
