Absolutamente todo es excelente
Tal vez el acceso, vía con huecos pero no es motivo para no pasarla bien.

There was not hair dryer in the bathroom and we ordered two lemonades with the diner that were forgotten and charged on the bill, but the recepcionist accepted remove them from the bill
Buenas agua termales , piscina amplia y limpia . Servicios buenos . Habitación comoda , buen colchón , baño amplio . Desayuno generoso y bueno. Fruta , jugo , huevos , caldo .
Muy buena atención por parte de los encargados de check in, la habitación excelente, limpia, cómoda. Las instalaciones y termales muy lindos y limpios
El restaurante porque la oferta no es variada y ni la comida es rica.
La atención del personal
Algunos huéspedes fueron bulliciosos, pero el personal del hotel procura que el ambiente sea tranquilo.
Las instalaciones y el personal son magníficos
La higiene en el manejo de la pisicina, no se controla el comportamiento de los qur la usan de manera antihigienica. La piscina de lunes a miércoles la abren a público mientras lavan la del balneario y las personas que entran no tuvieron buenas prácticas higiénicas.
La piscina termal, Pero no vale la pena hospedarse allí
El desayuno es muy básico: huevos, pan, fruta y cereal, queríamos arepa boyacense, típica en los desayunos de la región, la cobraron como adicional, aunque a un precio bajo, considero que es un valor a disolver en el precio de la noche, no se siente bien ese cobro adicional por algo básico y típico.
La alarma de incendios de la habitación se activó 2 veces por el vapor de la ducha, un ruido insoportable que el personal del hospedaje no supo apagar, tuvimos que aguantarlo
The water had good temperature
It was an open to the air hotel with no climatisation at all, although it was winter and cold. They told us that there is nothing to give us for warmth and suggested that we cover ourselves with blankets.
They said they could prepare lunch and dinner, but all they offered were sandwiches and crepes.( The nearest village Iza is some 7 km away.
They proposed to us twice to wear paper braceletes around our wrists ( being guests of the hotel) having less than 10 clients altogether!

Charges were not clear, I explained I live outside and not taxes should apply but the staff was not helpful about it.
