Very nice hotel

Very nice and unique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Overall a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights.
The room I got (room 4) was large and good.
The service was mediocre. It seems that they employ female students from the nearby university, each of whom comes for a few hours a week. The result is that the staff are nice but unprofessional.
The breakfast is poor and inadequate. As a hotel guest, you are entitled to choose one of the cafe's breakfasts and also one cup of coffee, a glass of juice and a glass of water. For example, you can get a scrambled egg made with two eggs, 3 tiny slices of bread, a little butter and 1.5 cherry tomatoes.
In addition, the service is very slow and inefficient, so on days when I was in a hurry I had to skip breakfast.

I highly recommend staying at Miss Sophie’s when visiting the city.
Pros:

We loved staying at Miss Sophie’s. We had a very warm welcome from Magda when we arrived and she very happily showed some of the many attractions on a map of Olomouc. All staff were lovely and friendly. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

the best thing about this place was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. I had a problem with the air conditioning, and not only did they take care of it promptly, but they also gave me a bottle of Prosecco as compensation. Their kindness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

Pekné ubytovanie
Pros:

Ubytovanie bolo krásne, originálne, čisté, priamo v centre mesta.

Cons:

V popise nebolo napísané, že nie je vhodný pre ľudí, ktorý majú problém s mobilitou. Boli sme so starými rodičmi 80 rokov a veru nebolo mi všetko jedno keď som videla tie strmé schody na 4. poschodie. Tak isto ani to že nie je možnosť parkovania.

Krásné ubytování kousek od centra v historické budově, malebný podkrovní pokoj, útulně zařízený. I přes právě probíhající kulturní akci v ulicích města klidný. Chutná snídaně. Velmi milý personál.

Krásný butikový hotel v historickém centru; prostorný pokoj a výborná snídaně; lepší úklid
Pros:

Skvělá poloha hotelu přímo v centru, v pěší dostupnosti veškerých památek.

Krásný, prostorný pokoj se spoustou historických či historizujících prvků - velmi se mi líbily například skříně, stará podlaha či vintage vypínač světla.

Výkonná klimatizace - nebývá zvykem ani v mnohem dražších hotelech, navíc mají hoteliéři zvyk vymlouvat se na "historickou budovu" - evidentně to ale jde, když se chce.

Perfektně řešené osvětlení v pokoji - ambientní, jemné, teplé, příjemné - drobná LED světýlka dodaly "cozy" atmosféru.

Výhled do historické (jak jinak v Olmíku) ulice. Na rozdíl od mnoha jiných hostů nám zvuky ani vibrace tramvají nijak zvlášť nepřekážely, spalo se nám dobře.

Překvapivě pohodlná matrace (na omak tak nepůsobila + chybí topper z paměťové pěny).

Prostorná koupelna, výborný tlak vody ve sprše, spousta úložných prostor, krásné historické dlaždice a kvalitní kosmetika s dobrými dávkovači.

Hezké společné prostory, včetně kladky na kufr. Škoda, že nejde použít jako výtah (pro lidi :) ).

Velmi příjemný personál - jak "recepční", tak i obsluha v kavárně, všichni moc usměvaví a milí. Tady by se opět jiné hotely a provozy mohly učit.

Welcome "balíček" - ovocíčko, čokoláda (dokonce "personalizovaná" :)), velká voda a limetka do čaje - podobné milé uvítání nebývá samozřejmostí ani ve velkých 5* hotelech, které se pohybují v úplně jiné cenové kategorii. Přitom je to z pohledu nákladů v podstatě korunová položka, a přitom to udělá vždy obrovský rozdíl. Velká pochvala, takto se to dělá.

Výborná snídaně - měli jsme wafli, ovesnou kaši, párky, mošt, kávičku - všechno čerstvé a chutné. Za mě v tomto případě daleko lepší volba než bufetová snídaně.

Cons:

Ďábel - nebo spíše pavouk - se skrývá v detailech. Popracoval bych na hloubkovém úklidu - jak v pokoji, tak v koupelně byly v rozích pavučiny, na rámech zrcadel jemné nánosy prachu, větrák v koupelně by také potřeboval větší péči.

Zatemnění pokoje by mohlo být lepší, a opět by stačilo málo - v pokoji sice jsou blackoutové závěsy, ale stejně zůstávají poměrně velké mezery. Pomohl by třeba suchý zip.

Papírový check-in za mě do roku 2026 a hotelů této kategorie nepatří - nešlo by jej vyřídit dopředu online?

very central location, very friendly staff, great atmosphere and equipment of the room/bathroom ... feels very good and cosy. would have loved to stay longer. very nice breakfast - cosy garden if weather allows.

only aspect - try to check rooms to the back (tram passing by in front: fairly low noice, but still)

Pros:

Very friendly staff, quite central, quiet, good breakfast, spotless, each room unique. We had one night, and liked the place and town so much we got a second night in a different room.

Cons:

We didn't mind, but it's stairs only and the stairs are steep. People with mobility issues may want to take note.
