El sitio y la instalación estuvo bien

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno muy mal, servicio deficiente - la ducha no funcionó y el tendido de la cama no estaba totalmente limpio.

Pros:

The reception and maintenance teams were outstanding in their assistance, but several amenities fell short, including Wi-Fi, television, and corridor lighting, which suffered from malfunctioning sensors.

The advertised wellness center was also unavailable. These issues may stem from the management transition to an interim administration. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's accommodating nature was appreciated.

It is hoped that, as time progresses, these issues will become a thing of the past, given the promising nature of this new building. The location is excellent and their staff amazing.

Cons:

It was disappointing that the Wi-Fi, television, corridor lights and wellness center services were unavailable.

Buena localizacion pero gestion pesima
Pros:

Atencion al cliente pesima, solo habia una señora que nos atendio bien. Estuvimos los 2 primeros dias sin que funcionara el agua caliente, reclamamos varias veces y no nos dieron solucion alguna. Al tercer dia, tras insistir mucho nos pasaron a otra habitacion.
No funcionaba el wifi en la habitacion, no me dieron llave de la caja fuerte, y algunos problemas mas. Las instalaciones de Spa no las tuvieron operativas y no tuvieron servicio de lavanderia, la excusa fueron los carnavales.
Para todo se inventaban excusas.
