een relaxed verblijf met vriendelijk Engels sprekend personeel en persoonlijke service.
Pros:

Relaxte sfeer en een fijne plek om te verblijven. Vooral de Engelssprekende personeelsleden waren super behulpzaam en namen echt de tijd om tips te geven voor mijn verdere reis. Dat maakte het extra persoonlijk!

Ook heel lief dat ik denk de eigenaar me een rit naar Tayrona Park gaf. Dat soort kleine gebaren maken het verschil. Zeker een plek waar je je welkom voelt.

Pros:

Hermoso hotel para desconectar y relajarse. La comida es un 1000, productos de primera calidad y sabrosos. La pileta, hidromasaje y sauna son increíbles.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación hacia mucho calor y el aire acondicionado nunca funciono. Te cobran hasta el agua caliente para el mate. La bebida te la cobran 4 veces mas cara qué en cualquier mercado, punto a mejorar para el consumo en el hotel.

Me gusto el ambiente naturaly lo que ofrece conectar con otros sentidos y la atencion muy bien de todos principalmente de Rosa y Juan Sebastian.

Cons:

No ofrecen un menu bueno de carnes. Quisimos comer una buena carne pero no tienen carnes buenas maduradas empacadas al vacio listas para preparar. Uno de los momentos mas incomodos para mi fue cuando nos estaban haciendo el masaje de canavis y teniendo en cuenta que le habian dicho a mi esposo que era mas fàcil para ellas hacer el masaje sin ropa interior, nosotros en muchas partes nos hacemos este tipo de masajes y nunca nos han pedido q nos quitemos la ropa interior, lo digo por q pude observar en sus rostros burla cada vez q le retiraban la toalla o lo volteban, esto es falta de profesionalismo, ademas deberían ofrecer ropa interior desechable para estos procedimientos.

Pros:

Es un hotel para el descanso, para disfrutarlo. Personal muy amable, en especial la gerente, que se ofreció a acercarnos a un punto que para nosotros era de complicado acceso, pues no disponíamos de carro.
El masaje con el sonido del rio de fondo es otra dimensión, recomendable 100%. Esa noche dormí como bebé, aunque igual tenía algo que ver la comodidad de la cama, la mejor en la que he dormido en toda mi estancia en Colombia.
La comida estuvo deliciosa, mis felicitaciones a los cocineros y al chico que atendía en el comedor, muy amable y atento.
Recomendable darse un baño en su spa al aire libre, especialmente en la noche.
Muy cerca del parque Tayrona, pasan buses por la misma puerta del hotel.
Hacer ruta por Tayrona y poder volver a relajarse a este hotel no tiene precio. Mil gracias por todo, deseando volver.

Cons:

Un poco lenta la comunicación con el personal de recepción vía WhatsApp. Olvidé una ropa en la habitación y avisamos de que íbamos a pasar a buscarla con el bus para que la tuvieran preparada. No lo hicieron y nos tuvimos que bajar del bus y volver a tomar otro. Deberían prestar más atención a esos detalles.

Pros:

De rust, kleinschalig opgezet.

Cons:

Het ontbijt, elke ochtend hetzelfde, fruit waarvan 1x de watermeloen zuur was🤔 roerei en koffie.
Als je water wilde moest je er gewoon voor betalen.
Geen menu kaart voor de drankjes, je weet dus geen prijzen van te voren.

Er staat in de omschrijving Tayrona park op 1 minuut afstand, maar naar de ingang komen is niet zo makkelijk.
Je moet de bus aanhouden zonder dat er een stopplek is voor de deur of op loopafstand. En dan is het nog wel een 20 min met de bus.
Er zijn ook geen taxi's of ubers die je hier kan pakken.

Alle medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en gastvrij! Wij voelde ons meteen welkom!
De locatie is perfect, tussen de ingangen van het park. Wij kozen voor El Zaine en gingen daar met de taxi vanuit het hotel heen. Na een hike door de natuur konden we nog heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad van het hotel. Het eten in het restaurant is ook goed!

Pros:

Loved our stay. Quit environment and nice rooms with good beds. Located not far from Tayronne entrance. After the hike a nice way to relax at the pool and even a possibility to take a massage.

Oasis near Tayrona NP
Pros:

The property is stunning. The pool area is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. There is a restaurant on site and the food is very good. It’s a great location for visiting Tayrona National Park. After a long day of hiking in the jungle and swimming, this hotel feels like your personal oasis.

Highly recommend for a stay before and after tayrona!
Pros:

Fantastic food from Carlos the cook and fantastic hospitality from Charles and his team!
The site is beautiful and directly next to the river. So don’t forget you mosquito spray!

Very helpful team, we asked them to store our luggage for two days because we stayed in tayrona for two nights and it was no problem at all. They even offered us to use the pool area afterwards.

Lovely staff and pool
Pros:

Lovely swimming pool and staff. Food in the restaurant was just delicious! It’s approximately 10 minutes by bus from Tayrona NP. Just go outside in front of the hotel and stop a bus passing by. As we were spending the night in Tayrona NP we left our luggage in the hotel which was no problem at all!

Cons:

The rooms are a bit worn but definitely ok and clean and with nice hot shower. We spent most of the time out of our room anyway, enjoying the lovely pool and restaurant.
