ZAITA & UAIA Hotel Wellness Spa

This hotel is in a fairly quiet spot on the edge of town. It is 200 metres from the office that sells tickets to Termales and thebus stops there to pick you up. There are a number of restaurants within walking distamnce. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi. The staf fis wonderful! The guy at reception drove us around in his own car so we could look at local restaurants and brought us to the Termales tickeyt office.

we booked the hotel in advance and get a confirmation.
2 daqys before we get the message that unfortunatly they could not deliver. we had trouble with finding an other hotel and got a room in the town.nearby and visit the hot springs by bus and taxim But the spa dream of the combination of hot wells and relexation was goone

Our two night stay was wonderful. The property is in a lovely setting, the staff extremely delightful and helpful and the accommodations lovely. We would have liked the water temperature for the shower to have been hotter, otherwise everything else during our stay was perfect.

Very nice breakfast with a very sweet woman every morning. Nice property with two very clean pools. Coffee any time of day and wifi access in the main building. Only thing lacking was shampoo in the rooms which was a small issue.

One would never guess that the ZAITA and UAITA hotel was right on the border of Santa Rosa de Cabal. We drove through the crowded and busy streets on the first night shocked to find such a retreat as we went through the front gates of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and we loved the common spaces (pool, Jacuzzi, kitchen area, and lounge). Breakfast was also something to look forward to every day.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were thoughtfully designed.

Because of the rain, internet wasn't functional for us a couple of the nights. However, very few complaints with this nice spot!

The hotel is small & wonderful, great people, beautiful setting and the river is running underneath the pool. The only drawback is that the rooms are close to the main room and you hear each car that pass by

El lugar espectacular, muy amable las personas que hacen parte del
Grupo de trabajo. Solo algo para tener en cuenta, la nevera no contaba con surtido en caso de querer tomar una bebida, de resto todo muy bien.

Recently visited the Santa Rosa area to experience the "thermales". My girlfriend and I stayed one night at this hotel and had a lovely time. The service was excellent for a boutique hotel and accommodated our late check-in, taxi cab requests, and let us borrow towels for our trip to the thermales. The hotel is just outside of Santa Rosa and about a 10 minute cab ride to the thermales. I would recommend to someone looking for a relaxing get away.
