Cons:

I reached there, and they told me that they were seeing my booking at that time. Mind you I had booked in the morning two Deluxe Rooms and even received a confirmation message for the same. They wanted to offer us single rooms at the price of the Deluxe Rooms. I was with my Mum and we declined.

It is a good place.

It was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

Standards hotel beverages (tea, cofee, hot water kettle) are extra on a cost. Showers are provided with bar soaps only. Bath tabs not functional, but we managed with the shower. They must to take care of rats in the rooms. They do have mosquito nets for that need. Breakfast was ok. Security is good. Car access to rooms. Security guard by the gates. We were assisted to find our way around. One man called Vincent working offering transport services with the hotel escort us to shopping mall. Very helpful.

Poor experience
Pros:

The format of the bed bouncing.

Cons:

Customer care is poor, waiters need to be educated on what to do, and when to do, they need wake up lessons every three months, and you have to evaluate them on a daily basis! They are totally killing the business especially those who serve breakfast, I can't remember their names but I would mention them out so that you know. Otherwise keep moving forward.

Just horrible and a waste of money will never recommend or go back

Too much noise the toilet leakages no toilet paper no Towers had to leave earlier due to extremely noisy environment and was not given a refund
WiFi never worked fof 10 days
charged extra booking for extra days in person
laundry too expensive
