Hotel con Corazón Granada

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, the water was hot, the staff was nice. Honestly, it surpassed my expectations.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mirarbeiterinnen, sauberes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal super amable, no desayunamos ahí, pero si ofrecen desayuno.. La piscina deliciosa... Dormimos excelente, el agua de la ducha es deliciosa..

Super fijne en rustige locatie, maar wel snel in het centrum. Super behulpzame medewerkers.

El personal y la ubicación hicieron del hospedaje una experiencia muy linda y acogedora. Se sentía como ir a dormir en la casa y siempre lo recibían a uno con una sonrisa.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, reichlich und frisch. Tolles Konzept, da mit dem Gewinn pädagogische Einrichtungen unterstützt werden. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

El hotel es hermoso

Das Hotel ist eine Oase der Freundlichkeit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt hier und kann das Hotel wärmsten empfehlen.

La verdad todo, desde la atención y el servicio hasta las instalaciones y la comida, 100% recomendado siempre. No era nuestra primera vez en el hotel y tampoco será la última.

The staff, especially Mari, were exceptional. Welcoming, helpful, happy. The breakfast was lovely and the chef Cati was so much fun we did a cooking class and joined in on a dance class. Everyone made it so much fun. The room was perfect. The security was very good, it was peaceful and the salt water pool was great we had very good aircon and hot water. Nice coffee in the room. Good laundry service. They even helped my partner set up a rose petal romantic surprise in the bedroom. The 2 young apprentice girls Joanna and Nicole were so polite and sweet. Our welcome was great by Le Ne and he didn't make us check in till the morning. We didn't want to leave. Amazing place. Books, games, hammocks and rooms for kids if needed x.

Everything was spotless and on point. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around to see the sights, eat good food and have a few beers!

Proximity to main attractions

Me encantó la atención de parte del personal. El hotel es muy tranquilo y queda súper cerca todo. Amé el desayuno, estuvo demasiado divino.

Very pleased with my stay, this hotel is a calm oasis, well decorated common areas with lots of hammocks. Rooms were very clean, ac and fan is strong and most importantly hot water which is not that common. Really nice people at the reception, shout out to Marie, she’s lovely to talk to and helped me out with my queries and bookings. The hotel is in a quiet residential area which I liked but yet just a short walk to the main square. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this is a gem and it’s for a good cause too!

10/10 for the facilities. Everything is incredibly nice a gem inside the city and kept super clean - the salty pool an awesome addition

10/10 for the service. They organized everything for us better than a travel agency would have fitting our crazy schedule with two transports and 2 tours. All with a smile.

10/10 for the nonprofit vocation and most of the profits going for scholarships of local kids

Loved the friendly staff and excellent location. 2/3 blocks from the main square and easily accessible. Mari on reception couldn’t have been any more helpful supporting in booking tours, shuttles and giving me recommendations both for Granada and my onward destination. It’s great to know that profits are going to a great cause too. Thank you so much!

An ABSOLUTE gem in a vibrant city - this hotel provides a tranquil environment with the FRIENDLIEST staff, amazing breakfast, the charm of the intricate decorative details, the amazing pool; it is secured, excellent WiFi, and I would definitely go back to this hotel. They offer numerous excursions, but even in-house activities, like salsa dancing & cooking lessons. Bottom line, they give back to the community to ensure education is provided to disadvantaged children.
