Geweldig hotel!

Geweldige dagen gehad, prachtig hotel, ontbijt heel goed, alles perfect! Echt een aanrader!

Only stay here
Pros:

The breakfast was good, lots of different choices. I would loved it if there were more local options, but I literally this place. And the staff would bend over backwards for you. For example, I fell ill and they treated me like a princess and I love them alll.

Cons:

Nothing at all, the staff knew my name and greeted me like a family member each day. I can't wait to return. The bedrooms are stunning and the beds comfortable, despite Grenada being beautiful, you won't want to leave. The only thing I'd improve being given the option of afternoon snacks, I was hungry.

Hotel é bom. Bem localizado e conservado. Bonito. Unico problema é que a agua chuveiro nao esquenta

Pros:

The location was great, about 5 minutes from the parque central which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and they offered breakfast with fresh made juice.

Cons:

We asked the hotel to schedule pickup transportation and the driver didn’t show. After 40 minutes of waiting we had to get our own ride which was better since it was a lot cheaper than what the hotel had quoted us. When arriving to the hotel they were showing “proof” that the driver was there. Thankfully they didn’t charge us the ride since they kept saying they had to pay for it.
The shower had really bad pressure, taking us very long to shower.

Pros:

Goede ligging, lekker ontbijt, elke dag keuze uit wat voor ei je wil en lekker vers fruit!
De dame aan de receptie is erg behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels en helpt je bij alles wat je nodig heb, zeer vriendelijk! Je loopt zo het centrum in!

Cons:

Wij hadden de eerste nacht een kamer met een vogel of hagedis op het golfplaten dak waardoor we de hele nacht niet hebben kunnen slapen door de herrie van de nagels op het dak, volgende dag hebben we wel gelijk excuses gekregen van het meisje aan de receptie en een nieuwe kamer!
Let ook op bij taxi's boeken via de receptie wij hebben twee keer echt veel te veel betaald. Man aan de receptie probeert geld aan je te verdienen door de rit eerst aan je proberen te verkopen voor de dubbele prijs $60 dollar voor de lagune Apoyo terwijl de dag ervoor bij het meisje aan de receptie het $30 zou kosten. Hij kwam later naar ons toe dat hij het voor $40 dollar kon regelen in plaats van de $60 dus daar maar mee akkoord gegaan en toen zei de beveiliger van de lagune dat zelfs $40 dollar echt een bespottelijke prijs was. We zagen ook dat onze taxi chauffeur een deel van het geld gaf aan de man van de receptie dus check goed de prijzen vooraf want dit voelde voor ons als oplichting. Taxi naar popoyo was $80 en hotel in Popoyo gaf aan dat $55 de normale prijs is...

Lugar hermoso , con espacios perfectos para descansar y disfrutar
Pros:

Este lugar es perfecto, fuimos dos parejas , tiene una ubicación súper cerca al centro , los cuartos , cada espacio y a atención del personal es incomparable. Gracias Nicaragua por recibirnos tan bonito , volvería sin pensarlo dos veces a este lugar

Great location but underwhelming for the price.
Pros:

Check in gentleman was very pleasant and welcoming. Nice room and great location in Granada - short walk to main centre and park.

Cons:

Expected better for the money. - this was one of our pricier stays touring around Nicaragua and didn’t reflect value for money. There was a motor running all night from the air conditioning from next doors room we think, which was annoying.

Breakfast was also the most underwhelming we’ve had and most certainly not served with a smile! One small cup of coffee included- any more was chargeable.

Very nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

Really nice hotel, with two lovely courtyards, plenty of places to hang out outside, a nice small swimming pool and helpful staff. It has a nice vibe too.

Cons:

The Nicaraguan breakfast was disappointing, compared to other hotels where we had the same thing. The rice and beans were dry and the eggs were nothing special.
