A home away from home
Pros:

The hotel is nicely decorated and offers many places to relax such as the pool area and the hammocks. The room itself had all the amenities we required with comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful, providing additional information about the town and where to find what we needed. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I love the cause of the hotel, investing in education.

Cons:

It's just a detail but we received outdated information about the parking prices plus the external parking attendant wanted to charge us twice. Thankfully the hotel staff acted quickly and solved the situation.

Loved the location close to everything, but quiet too. Rooms with thick walls, great for keeping noise out. Very quiet air-conditioning. Huge, comfortable bed. Hot shower. Great breakfast.

Really nice place, room was well furnished and perfectly clean, the common areas (poolside, courtyard, hammocks etc.) are pleasant to hang around in too.

Very nice breakfast.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

What I liked about the property is honestly everything. The hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was captivating from the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and thoughtfully designed. It was also very relaxing, making it the perfect environment to unwind and enjoy quality time with our family. We truly had the best experience during our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Pros:

Nur weiterzuempfehlen! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Beste ist die Anlage an sich. Es gibt viel Grün und schattige, gemütliche Plätze zum Sitzen. Auch das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe zubereitet und war - für Nicaraguas nicht unbedingt üblich - reichlich. Es konnte aus unterschiedlichen Menüs ausgewählt werden. Das Personal hat uns auch die Weiterfahrt nach San Juan del Sur organisiert. Der Pool war sauber und konnte für eine Abkühlung nach unseren Ausflügen genutzt werden.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en el corazón de granada. Muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés caminando. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones del hotel muy hermosas y área de la piscina.

Es un lugar para regresar.

Es un hotel que refleja lo mejor de Granada: sus instalaciones coloniales, su gente y riqueza gastronómica.

Cons:

Pros:

Ein ganz schönes, kleines Hotel in toller Lage mitten im Zentrum. Nur wenige Gehminuten - 6 Minuten - vom Ortskern entfernt. In zwei Kilometern +/- erreicht man die Halbinsel Asese.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend bei unseren Fragen gewesen - englischsprechend.

Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Fijn en rustig hotel
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel, luxer en beter dan de meeste hotels waar we in Nicaragua geweest zijn. Fijn zwembad met 4 ligbedden en mooie binnentuin met hangmatten. Het heeft ook airco, wat best aan te raden is hier. Ontbijt is een uitgebreid keuzemenu en er is een barretje al hebben we daar niemand gezien. Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ook een goede maar dure wasservice.

Cons:

De bedden zijn iets hard. Wifi niet super snel maar voldoende, videobellen ging niet heel goed.

il y a pas de parking alors que c’est clairement indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il y en avait un.
La personne a l’accueil nous a trouvé un parking pas très loin, qui coûte environ 5$/jour et qui est ouvert que le matin ou le soir.
