Pros:

距捷運捷運苓雅運動園區站（舊稱技擊館站）1號出口走路1至2分鐘，櫃台親切，房間大，乾淨，浴室大，乾濕分離，早餐菜式雖不多，但口味不錯，能吃飽。

Cons:

插座少，馬桶沖不掉，需待水箱充滿水再沖，反覆3-4次才能沖乾淨。
