Atrium Panoramic Hotel & Spa

The whole dissapoinment was when we entered our room. It’s all old style, and the TV is since early2000. The same with the remote control. Pro: its warm in the room, you have clean sheets and towels. But the problem is that they say its all 4 stars when its actually 2 stars hotel. So they sell a fake service. I do not recommend at all, not even for a night.

The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. There was no one there when we came back after dinner or later. The key to the front door was in the lock with no front desk or security, save some old scruffy dogs. We asked for extra blankets because of the lack of heat, they took 2 hours to bring them, so I had to go open doors in the building to find blankets and pillows on my own. How can a hotel claim to be a 4 star hotel if they don’t have the first star of a 24 hour front desk? There is a serious safety issue here. I love the area, and the room and breakfast staff are super. The new management has serious issues. Without hot water, a hot tub or heat.. we could have stayed in a much nicer place for the same amount of money. We will not be going back.

Staff was very friendly and the service at the restaurant was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very could in the rooms!

On Booking, it seemed super-ok, classified at 4*, to discover the worst hotel experience of my life. The rooms are shiveringly cold and I was told by the reception that they only turn on the heat at night (it is night, heating is not on), as during the day they maintain 21 degrees. I don't know how they measure these 21 degrees in the rooms, as they don't have a thermostat, and by the way you're shivering, it's way below 21 degrees! The guy at the reception gave me his air heater (which doesn't do anything much, I sit next to it so I don't shiver anymore) and assured me that the water in the pool is warm (!!!) It's unacceptable that, on my own money, I should come and shivering in a hotel...
The room is from the time of communism, with holes in the curtains, dirty switches, the bathroom with leaks and the a bathtub you are afraid to get into. In addition, at a 4* hotel, there is no mini-bar and the carpets are stained.
The restaurant is so cold that your whole body freezes...this hotel does not deserve more than 2*. Now I understand why they want to pay in advance. I would give anything to cancel this reservation and get my money back, to look for another accommodation! I tried 3 times to speak to the manager, but the guy at the reception told me i can speak to her in the morning!!!

The hotel its verry good, pool its good, and the view its the best. I will be bach in this hotel verry soon because its my fevorite in Predeal.

I stayed at Atrium Panoramic for 5 nights. The room was spacious, modern and the view was beautiful, giving me a real and authentic taste of the Romanian Mountain area. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was pleased to discover the Romanian cusine in the Hotel Restaurant, which was amazing. Great services shaped my entire experience. The Spa area is very clean and is open until late in the evening. They even have a space where you can play pool and order a cocktain from the bar. The parking lot is huge as well, so I did not have any problem parking my car. Totally recommend and hope to ne back soon in the summer.

I had to spend a few nights at the Atrium for a business trip and i was pleasantly surprized by the hospitality of the staff along with the great food they serve at the restaurant.

Definetly one of the best experiences i had in a hotel.

A total disappointment.
The place is happily situated and has a playgroung for small children.
The lady from the reception was insolent. I had an online reservation for a room at the second floor and she offered the third floor...I refused and her answer was" It was not me who made this reservation for you".
Anyway, the hotel is dirty, walls and carpets, bed sheets diiferent from one another, pillows stained,
expired batteries in the remote of the tiny tv...The white bath towels where not white..
Breakfast was ok, I suppose... no other froots but apples...
Bed was comfortable.
I will never make the same mistake again and come tobthus hotel.
Definitely this is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 1/2!!! And the price was very high for what it offers.

Totally not recommended, the spa is a joke. The reception wants you to make a reservatiom for it, but there is none there to write it down. The jacuzzi is not functional, the pool is in a bad shape.
The breakfast is to be avoided, if you do not want health problems. Little food, some of it is not cooked/baked enough.
