В отеле не курят((((
Pros:

При въезде в отель табличка, курение в номере 5000 рублей. Зашел в номер и понял, что перед тем как отдать мне ключи в номере курили все сотрудники отеля одновременно и по несколько раз.

Pros:

1. Картинка не соответствует реальности
2. Обстановка и постоянные посетители, мягко говоря - не радуют. Хотя опять-таки, кому-как... По-моему не место для семейной остановки.

Pros:

Завтраки отвратительные. Пришлось покупать еду в их кафе, которая оказалась не на много лучше. Номера сдают как на сутки, так и с почасовой оплатой. В номере стояло три отдельных кровати, хотя в описании было 2 отдельных. Места в номере - не развернуться. В шкафу костюм не помещается. Всего два тремпеля. Кровати после уборки не заправляли. Приходилось это делать самому.

Добрый вечер. В общем все неплохо, интерьер, обслуживание в номерах.уборка-смена белья, очень вежливый персонал, но немного шумно ночью, впрочем это город. В номере очень маленькая раковина. Умыться не налив не пол невозможно. Завтраки однообразны, и каждый раз приходится просить соль, на столе только перец.

Поездка в Краснодар удалась!
Pros:

Посетила данный отель, когда была в деловой поездке! Все прошло наилучшим образом! Отель просто отличный, администрация вежливая, очень доброжелательная атмосфера! Чистый номер, ароматное постельное белье, что не часто встретишь в нынешних отелях. Порадовало наличие кондиционера и телевизора! Продуманы все мелочи (тапочки, дозатор с гелем, фен). Отдельно полотенца для рук, ног. Утром мне был предложен вкуснейший завтрак, которым я осталась очень довольна. Крайне удобное местоположение, центр города, а значит все магазины рядом и никуда ездить и тратить свое время не надо! Я очень благодарна всему персоналу за яркие эмоции, которые я смогла получить за время моего проживание в данном отеле. Если мне предоставиться такая возможность, в следующий раз сделаю выбор в пользу этого отеля!
