The room was extremely comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette with our room so we could actually cook some meals during our stay. Staff was decent, and I loved having a mini market downstairs too for snacks. Location was great as it's only a 3 minute drive to Kroger and some restaurants.
Breakfast was mediocre and I expected more for a Marriott brand. Just sausage and eggs, sometimes bacon. Egg texture switched around a lot for some reason; they were either fluffy or these cubed shaped eggs. There were bagels and breads, yet no butter or cream cheese to put on them. They just had jam for the breads but nothing else.
Pool was very lackluster. It was only 3 feet deep. I don't think adults could enjoy this pool unless they don't mind floating on their backs the entire time or being on their knees. I've never been to a hotel before where the pool was only 3 feet. It was indoors which was a plus side, but I didn't like the lack of pool provided.
Had some maintenance issues go on during our stay that wasn't taken care of. Had an annoying loud tapping in the vent in our bathroom, mentioned it to a front desk agent and it was never taken care of. There was a leak in the boiler room during our stay which resulted in them turning off the hot water to the entire hotel from 10am-5pm and this is continuing til 11/3. Also our TV just all of a sudden quit working on us.
Housekeeping is every other day and even though it was every other day, sometimes they didn't even drop by on the days they were supposed to be here. We got housekeeping service on the third day of our stay but not the 5th, she did show up the next day though.

Suites were separated than the regular rooms. Very nice room.

All was very nice, friendly check in/out and accomadations exceded our expectations!

It was clean and staff was friendly. Lots of great accommodations. Large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop.
Hard bed. No housekeeping for 5 nights we were there, supposed to be every other day. I addressed a few times and never happened. We had to do our own.
Whoever said the rooms were clean, they lied. The cleaning staff must be blind one one eye or some some these tubs are filthy. They looked like that havent been cleaned. Hair all in the corners. We asked to look at our rooms first before we check in, the receptionist seemed a little upset.
Once we made it back to our room to shower we found out the water would not drain in the tub. She said they didnt have any more rooms. Then she told me she had no one to clean ours at that time of night (9.pm) What does that has to do with me getting another room????
She said the manager was not in and wont be back until morning.
I wouldnt even get a room here to let my dog stay. Please dont let the outside fool you. Dont waste your time here.
