Very disappointing
Pros:

The location is good, but the place is run down, old bed linen and cleaning not good

Cons:

They advertised the room as a "presidential suite", the poor standards, lack of maintenance, air conditioning broken down. I would not even call it a suite

The hotel is old. The wifi is just plain horrible. At times it just doesnt work. The restaurant serves good food.

Ok, not great.
Pros:

Fairly average hotel, seemingly catering primarily for Chinese market. Room ok, but not cleaned in the time I stayed (3 nights). Not many facilities in immediate walking distance.

Good hotel owned by chinese (still have local staff peaking english)

The restaurant has good and extremely cheap korean food.

Very noisy due to chinese clients...
Internet speed couls be better.
