It is a great value for money.
Pros:

It is a great location, near the most popular beaches, it takes literally 3 mins by car or motorbike to get to Jaz beach. It is very clean and spacious. Host was very pleasant and helpful. A restaurant and shops are just next to it.

Cons:

There are no other amenities in the room such as electric kettle etc. A main road is still under construction so there is a slight entry issue from the main road but it seems it is going to be over soon.

Pros:

Mooie hotel op de weg tussen kotor en Budva, op een rustig plek met voldoende parkeerplaatsen. De kamers zijn schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Personeel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ook een prachtig cafe restaurant waar je kunt ontbijten of geniten can koffie . Ideaal als je met de auto bent.

Świetna lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa, dosłownie 3 minuty samochodem do najbliższej plaży.
Pyszne śniadania i bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Drazen, który zajmuje się obiektem zasługuje na podwyżkę 😄

Łatwy dojazd do Budvy autobusem z przystanku 30 m od hotelu
Pan w recepcji bardzo pomocny, śniadania smaczne i duże
Pokój z tarasem był naprawdę w porządku
Jedyny minus to aktualny remont drogi który trochę było słychać ale to nie ich nie ich wina ☺️

One of the biggest highlights is the location. It's incredibly well-positioned for exploring the whole region. I easily visited:

Kotor
Budva (very close)
Cetinje
Petrovac

The receptionist was a great and very helpful.

Cons:

Temporary road works, but looks like it will be completed soon.
