Location was easy to access the promenade but that’s about it.
Not a welcoming place sadly and looks a little in need of some basic care. Staff took a long time to check us in, room was basic and with no hot water on the first day until it was fixed on the second time of asking. Couldn’t even bring us a cup of tea when we wanted and no milk at all in the hotel.
The breakfast was fine, and it was centrally located. We left for the airport at 5am, and could get a good breakfast to go. We got it evening before and put it in the room fridge overnight. You could also order it for early morning when you left.
The wifi was included but was pretty slow, so not much use for watching videos and some sites took so long to load that I gave up. But it was OK for emails. This was the only reason I gave the room 3 out of 4: it was fine otherwise.

Everything was good!
The hotel was actually better than it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're planning to take a cruise, the location is very convenient, as it's just a short distance from the harbour.
The hotel had virtually no facilities to offer. The restaurant area was noticeably outdated, with old, worn-out furniture that desperately needed replacing. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and so unappetising that it completely put us off eating.

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. El ruido es constante, tanto del exterior (la llamada al rezo la escucharás a la perfección) como del interior (el aparato de aire acondicionado era muy anticuado y hacía bastante ruido).
Al margen del alojamiento es bastante desagradable como te interceptan por la calle, “taxistas”, “niños” y vendedores. Hacen que la experiencia sea desagradable y consiguen todo lo contrario de lo que pretenden. El turista occidental bajo estas condiciones ni confía, ni compra. Nota para los habitantes de esta ciudad.

Our stay at Hapi Hotel was okay. The hotel is decent, and its biggest advantage is its convenient and accessible location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a reasonable option for a short stay.

La ubicación es buena y la cama era cómoda.
La habitación algo pequeña y muy básica y lo peor es que el agua para ducharse apenas llegaba con presión y a ratos salía fría y a ratos caliente. Necesita además una reforma la habitación y el baño.
La.habitaciin estaba reformada. Cama cómoda, tamaño adecuado, ducha y baño limpios y funcionaban bien. Estuvimos otra noche anteriormente en otra habitación de otra planta que estaba en peores condiciones pero parece que está. Reformandolo poco a poco y están quedando muy bien. Tuvieron el detalle de ponernos desayuno para llevar y nos guardaron sin cargo adicional las maletas entre una reserva y otra.

la habitación era correcta, nos guardaron las maletas a la salida, hasta que nos fuimos de la zona, la ubicación correcta y andando tienes cerca, mercados y restaurantes locales, también acceso a embarcaderos para realizar diferentes actividades.
El desayuno tipo BOX, para llevar y poder ir a las excursiones antes de la hora de apertura de restaurante, te lo preparan avisando el día de antes, pero cuando abrimos las bolsas, el "desayuno" fue escaso y no muy correcto.
El hotel no disponía de restaurante activo, con lo que no ofrecía ni comidas ni cenas.
