Pros:

Very convenient location. Walking distance to the Nile walkways and also to the main market and the train and bus station.
The staff were polite and helpful.
The room had beautiful views of the the Nile with all cruises.

Cons:

The shower didn't work as some parts were broke. So had to use the tap in the middle part of the shower to take a shower/ wash myself. 🙄
On one day after breakfast time was over, the female staff member asked us to leave the breakfast area. This was first time in all my travels this had happened. Everywhere else, you can stay in the breakfast area for as long as you want.

Отличный персонал.
Pros:

Очень чисто, удобные кровати. Персонал выше всяких похвал - заселили на 3 часа раньше без просьб с нашей стороны, прислали сразу же приветственные фрукты и воду, в 4 утра перед поездкой в Абу Симбел выдали сухой паёк (опять же мы не просили). И очень помогли обнаружить машину, которую прислала наша непунктуальная туркомпания, чтобы отвезти нас на круиз.

Conveniently placed and fit for purpose - could have been cleaner - but quite pleasant, Thank you.
Pros:

Shower - good; towel rail - too near wall to hang towels easily; window frames, curtains and furniture - grubby;
breakfast - quite sufficient; staff - very helpful and pleasant. Very good views from the top floor dining area.

Pros:

This hotel for the price you pay is super worth it. We loved specially the perianal staff members working especially the recepcionist Hamsa as well as her team who helped us in everything we needed when asked without hesitating at all. The bedroom was so far the best one we have had in Egypt as the bathroom and bedroom is spacious clean and very modern. Even though from the outside it may seme it's not a good hotel when you go in is definitely worth for few nights. They came to clean and order our room everyday and the fruit water and kettle in our bedroom was also a plus!! Congrats for your work!!

Cons:

The breakfast maybe you could offer some kind of hummus or Tahinn to enjoy better your bread cheese and everything else. But anyway it was very complete and correct. Maybe keep on working in the maintainacee of the cleaning of the floor and some small details but still I'm happy with my stay.
We idoesnot work well only in the hall but that's okay once you know it you know how to deal with it.
