Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa miinus ilmastoinnin puuttumisesta.

Отель не понравился, номера как клетки, очень маленькие, непродуманная мебель, постоянно съешь ноги о ножки кровати, канализация старая, всю ночь по трубе, которая почему-то находится в номере напротив кровати, бежала вода. работника Дарья - неквалифицированный сотрудник. В общем, не посоветую никому, сама тоже больше не поеду!

Отель уставший, номер на сайте не совпадал с реальностью, мы брали стандарт, а дали мансарду. Приехали за час до заселения, но пришлось ещё дожидаться полтора часа пока приготовят номер. В номере нет ни чайника, ни приборов. Пол был в каких то разводах. Единственный плюс - это расположение.

WSPANIAŁA obsługa, niesamowicie pomocni ludzie, życzliwi i uprzejmi. Mogliśmy zameldować się dużo wcześniej niż poinformowaliśmy, że dojedziemy, co było dla nas ogromnym plusem. Przy wyjeździe mogliśmy również skorzystać z drukarki i wydrukować karty pokładowe do samolotu. Gdy potrzebowaliśmy wieczorem herbaty, również nie było to problemem. Na korytarzach dostępna była woda, a także żelazko i deska do prasowania. W hotelu jest darmowy internet Wi-Fi bardzo dobrej jakości. W pokoju była lodówka, co również było dla nas ogromnym plusem. Świeże ręczniki, klapki, kosmetyki. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, spokojnie.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. L'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue centrale, très calme, tout près du quai des Anglais, et à quelques minutes à pied seulement de la cathédrale Saint-Isaac. Il me semble que, pour Saint-Pétersbourg, le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Ma chambre était relativement spacieuse et confortable. Je regrette en revanche que ce soit très mal insonorisé. Ma chambre avoisinait celle de jeunes chanteuses, qui étaient vraiment bruyantes... L'équipement était correct, sans plus. Le personnel de la réception s'est montré plutôt froid et moyennement accueillant, alors que je fais l'effort de parler russe. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, et le personnel préposé au service plus agréable que celui de l'accueil.

Cet hôtel est très bien placé et permet de se balader facilement.

La chambre était plutôt confortable, mais j'aurais aimé savoir que je n'aurais de vue sur rien du tout étant sous les toits et n'ayant qu'un velux ne donnant vision que sur le ciel.
Les cloisons sont beaucoup trop fine et on entend ronfler la personne a coté ... heureusement elle était seule sinon j'aurais profité de tout.
La literie sans être mauvaise et un peu trop souple pour moi.

Le reste de l’hôtel est plutôt agréable et le personnel très sympathique.
Rien a dire sur le petit déjeuner qui était très convenable.

Das einzige was etwas stört, ist das die Eingangstüre zum Hotel immer mit sehr lautem Krachen ins Schloß fällt. Das hört man dann bis ins Zimmer. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Sonst ist das Hotel sehr hervorragend und ich kann es sehr empfehlen und werde es wieder buchen.

Séjour agréable. Hôtel bien situé. Cependant quelques points à améliorer. Petit déjeuner pas toujours réassorti après le passage des groupes. Beaucoup de marches dans l'hôtel. La baignoire/ douche est inaccessible pour les personnes ayant des difficultés car trop haute.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, w promieniu 1 godziny spaceru wszystkie najważniejsze zabytki Sankt Petersburga, smaczne obfite śniadanie, sympatyczna i miła obsługa, czysty plac wewnętrzny, bardzo przyjazna cena biorąc pod uwagę standard i lokalizację, wyposażenie hotelu nowe.

We visited Saint Petersburg in July and it was abnormally hot and the hotel doesn't have AC which was definitely a minus for us. Maybe generally they don't need an AC but for this time of the year the room was very hot and you really needed to sleep with the window open. The hotel itself has a good location about 20 minutes walking from the closest metro station and about 15 minutes walking from the Hermitage. Everyone in the hotel (reception, stuff) is very friendly, they displayed great customer service and overall we were pleased with the stay. The room is a bit small and the shower gel and shampoo are offered in tiny containers which are not enough for 2 people.

В целом - всё отлично: 5 минут пешком до основных достопримечательностей, чистый номер, круглосуточный ресепшн, более-менее приличный завтрак.

2 минуса: очень хорошая слышимость вверх/вниз/в коридор и очень нестабильный Wi-Fi.

Good hospitality, despite small and relatively 'no-frills' room...no issues encountered and generally easy and quiet older hotel..

Nice hotel and services

A nice stay with no complaints. Good location. A tasty breakfast (not included, but fair priced). If I come back to St Petersburg I’ll probably check in on the same hotel. Only window in the ceiling, had it open at night and that was great.
