Worst hotel ever!
Pros:

Old courthouse converted to a hotel. Cheap furniture, dirty nasty stained carpet throughout . Dirty grout in the showers, spider webs IN THE room window panes . All floor boards scared and damaged throughout. The list goes on ..

Pros:

Love this hotel and have stayed in it three times while visiting my son who lives in Chicago. It’s an amazing location. We have had amazing experiences here prior to this past visit. The front desk man was extremely rude. He saw that I was from the south and asked me if I was one of those backwards red hat wearing republicans. He made that assumption solely based on looking at my ID. He then told me he had to have one of those people removed from the hotel earlier that day. I was so shocked that I didn’t know what to say. It was very rude and unprofessional. He went on and on about gay people and their rights and how much he hates the red hat wearing population. Ridiculous! They seriously need to reevaluate him as the face of the hotel. I don’t talk about politics and one of my best friends is gay. He shouldn’t make assumptions about me just because I’m from the south.

Perfect location and a more than decent hotel
Pros:

Great location. Spacious rooms. Very clean.

Breakfast wasn’t great, neither the quality of the food nor the dining space, especially for that price.

Good hotel in the Loop
Pros:

Amazing location in Chicago Loop close to the theaters and Rivera and Millennium Park.
Average size clean room with good view. Good central climate control which is rare in moderns hotel where you get noisy ac unit inside the room.

Cons:

Lobby with check in on 9th floor is weird location, first floor lobby makes more sense, more convenient and feels safer when you come in.

It was alright.
Pros:

I called before hand to make sure certain things would be available to me, just to book my room, fly to Chicago, and find out that was not the case. Also, if you book a King bed, expect it to be a Queen because apparently in Chicago the King beds are different than the ones they use everywhere else.

Ótimo hotel, excelente localização.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, quarto limpo e grande, camas confortáveis e excelente localização, em frente à estação de metrô que leva ao aeroporto. Recomendo.

Wer die Ruhe schätzt, ist hier falsch. Zimmerreinogung hat nicht geklappt, es gab zu wenig Personal :-(
