Pros:

When I checked out the lady at the desk gave me problems. When I checked in the 1st day, the lady said I will have to pay for parking, but the next morning they made me pay and a lady at the front desk was so rude. Don't know how to talk to people to conduct business.

We absolutely LOVED our stay and will definitely return to the Cambria when we visit Chicago!!
Pros:

The room and location were amazing!! The room was spacious and nicely arranged, and we loved the view. The location was perfect. I can't imagine a better one. The hotel is a unique and pleasant place with friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

We were pleased with absolutely everything!

Worth it for the price. Would stay again.

Good location. Didn’t have hot water in the bathroom sink, kind of annoying nobody fixed it after I reported it not work

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Also, bad design.. the faucet leaked all over bathroom counter begins the sink. Had to position a towel behind the faucet to keep I from running all over the counter. Called the front desk about the hot water. Nobody ever fixed it over our stay.

Wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay!
Pros:

The room was amazing! So big and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was huge and water was actually hot!

Cons:

I can't think of anything that they could have done to make it better!

Non mi è piaciuto come gestiscono i costi della colazione. Al momento della prenotazione ho scelto camera con colazione; loro danno un credito di 25 euro da spendere al ristorante nel menù x la colazione. Se si consuma di più si paga, se si consuma di meno si perde il credito. Tutto questo tasse escluse!! Inoltre ad un ospite seduto vicino a me che non aveva compresa la colazione nel prezzo della camera hanno offerto uno sconto del 20% sul prezzo del menù colazione. Anche la pulizia della camera non veniva fatta se non richiesta ogni volta!!
