It was great, clean, roomy venue. I wish the breakfast deal was more inclusive.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. I like the clean and simple design. The bathroom was my favorite aspect of the room. I got the breakfast package. The food was good, but I did not like the fact that my choices were limited to a certain dollar amount. I felt like as long as I paid for the breakfast packages, I should have been able to choose anything of the menu without occurring extra charges.

Cons:

I would have loved to have a water machine by the ice machine. I would have loved to get fresh towels each day.

Pros:

There’s not much I like about this hotel, except the location is okay.

Cons:

The elevator key card system is useless. Anyone can access the floors, which feels unsafe.

2. The AC, fridge and bathroom fan are very very noisy. The bathroom light and fan are linked, so you can’t turn on the light without the loud fan.

3. Breakfast is served a la carte and overpriced at $25. I paid another $13 for a basic steak combo. There were flying insects around the food all the time.

4. The hotel is not very clean: elevators are dirty, and the room floor feels greasy.

Very disappointing and overpriced

Central location

Cons:

The location is a typical downtown area, not very pleasant, especially at night.
The reception at ground level looks dodgy, and not well kept.
We went to our room and the key would not work. They gave us another room.
We could not get keys for both parents as the key given was a master key that had to be exchanged the next day.
The room was not serviced, despite request at reception. There was not sufficient toilet paper. Had to go down to get some.
The sink was clogged, and a request for maintenance was made, with no feedback nor solution.
We left the hotel and I have since tried to contact the manager for 3 consecutive days, with no luck.

Pros:

I loved the fact that the lobby was on the 9th floor and that you had to have a key card to get to the other floors. I also, loved the gaming area in the lobby. The room was also exceptional—we stayed in a standard double queen and it was an awesome room—the bathroom was one of the best features.

Cons:

My bathroom door never closed all the way, so the person outside the bathroom had to put a shoe in front of the door to stop in from opening or we’d put a towel underneath the door. I felt that it was also hard to find what floor all of the amenities were on. There was a placard with that info on the elevator so maybe that was a personal issue, but it didn’t feel like there was enough postage on it.
