Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel Stella Maris liegt unweit des Stadtzentrums von Vodice in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Bis zum Strand sind es fussläufig ca. 10 min., ins Stadtzentrum sind es am Strand entlang ca. 25min. In der Nähe des Hotels befindet sich ein (sehr) kleiner Supermarkt. Auf Grund der Nachsaison waren nur noch sehr wenige Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung geöffnet.

Der CheckIn verlief problemlos, das Personal war englischsprechend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Zimmer (mit Balkon und Meerblick) lag in einer der oberen Etagen, die mit einem Lift direkt aus der Lobby erreicht werden konnte. Zum Zimmer gehörte auch ein kleiner Balkon, und über ein Häusermeer hinweg konnte man in der Ferne wirklich das echte Meer sehen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross, mit Minibar, Schreibtisch, Flat-TV und einer gut funktionierenden AC ausgestattet. Ablageflächen waren ausreichend vorhanden, alles war sehr sauber.
Wer nicht an den Strand wollte, konnte sich auch ein Bad im kleinen Aussenpool gönnen. Parkplätze gab es vor dem Hotel in ausreichender Zahl, ebenso einige wenige Garagenplätze. Für Motorradreisende sehr interessant!

Das Frühstücksbuffet liess eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, allerdings gab es nur Weissbrot. Das Restaurant bot das Abendessen leider nur als Menü an - möglicherweise ebenfalls der Nachsaison geschuldet.

Cons:

Absolutes No-Go: Der Passepartout (Generalschlüssel) lag (auch nachts) auf dem Wagen des Zimmerservices frei zugänglich rum!

Beleuchtung am Bett (Nachttischlampen) auf Nachfrage.

Hotel u kojem vlada prava porodićna atmosfera.
Pros:

Čistoća bezprijekorna, osoblje ljubazno, sobe prostrane i udobne kao i krevet. A Kuhar za 10-u!

Cons:

Donekle položaj hotela, blizu je plaže i mora ali malo zaklonjen od njih drugim kućama.

Very clean hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Very quiet environment. Secure and accessible parking.

I arrived in late November 2025 at midnight after 500 km of driving. I found a welcome note on the reception counter and a room ready and heated. Excellent service.

I congratulate the staff for their kindness and the hospitality of Croatia.
Thank you to the entire team.

I strongly recommend this place. It offers more than many others.
