Pros:

Here for one night on a business stay. The walls are made out of some kind of material that literally does not block any sound. If you want to hear literally everything going on in the next room, then this is the place for you!
I will say the place has a very good breakfast, is clean (both room and bathroom), plenty of hot water and a great shower. Major complaint is the noise through the walls.

Pros:

It was cozy hotel with excellent location. It was close to main square of Kirov, art and history museums, river bank, Trendy Quarter, central market etc.
Hotel staff members were helpful and kind. Shower drainage was blocked and they fixed it.
Only thing to improve was the wall was thin as we could hear the neighbors’ noise.

Pros:

숙소는 정말 깔끔했습니다
체크인시에도 굉장히 친절했고 방도 넓고 화장실도 깔끔했습니다
다만 조식먹을때 굉장히 불쾌했습니다
첫날 자리안내를위해 제 방번호를말하며 룸카드를보여줬습니다
그러자 남자직원이 제 카드를 툭치더라구요
못알아들었으면 적어도 다시한번말해달라 하든 아니면 그냥 가지고가서 보든 했음되지않았을까요?
그리고 둘째날식사에는 제가 음식을 다먹고 길을찾기위해 앉아있었는데 어제와 똑같은 남자가 물어보지않고 그릇을 치우더라구요
제 옆테이블에 앉은 분은 나가니까 치웠으면서 말이죠
한국예절과 다른곳인가 싶기도하지만 적어도 웃으면서 치우거나 조심히 치우는 시늉이라도 보였으면 원래 문화이겠거니 생각했겠지만 툭툭거리면서 치우니 굉장히 불쾌하더라구요
본인들도 다른나라가면 외국인일텐데 그저 여자혼자 동양인이라는 이유로 저런 대우를받으니 같은값을 지불하고 서비스를 받는데 기분이 좋지않았습니다
숙소는 좋았으나 조식서비스를 이용하고자 한다면 감안하고 가시길 바랍니다

괜찮아요. 위치가 맘에 들어요.
Pros:

조금 안쪽으로 들어가야 있지만 유명식당옆이라 찾기 어렵진 않아요. 위치도 적당히 중간이라서 중앙시장, 130지구, 키로프광장 등 가기 좋았어요. 옆에 24시간 슬라타도 있고. 방은 크진 않고 방음은 잘되는 편은 아니에요. 침구는 아주 편한건 아니지만 청소는 잘해주셨고 물도 잘나왔고요. 직원도 적당히 친절합니다.

관광에 최적인 위치.
Pros:

그린라인을 따라 이르크츠크를 관광하기에 가장 좋은 곳에 위치합니다.
호텔내 와이파이도 원활히 연결되고 아침식사도 깔끔하고 신선했습니다.
주변 가까이 은행이 있어 환전하기도 수월했어요.
