Nice hotel close to the beach I’ve spent few days there with my 3 doughters

Réservé 6 mois à l'avance, nous avions demandé un lit d'appoint. L'hôtel ne nous a contactés qu'à quelques jours de notre arrivée pour nous adresser un refus et nous proposer une annulation (avec frais) alors que la haute saison avait commencé.... Arrivé à la réception, il n'y avait personne. Après s'être rendu à l'autre hôtel du même groupe, on nous a trouvé quelqu'un pour nous accueillir. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun staff pendant tout notre séjour. Nous n'avons même pas pu avoir le code d'accès Wifi. La piscine n'est pas entretenue et les familles qui y vont sont très bruyantes jusqu'à tard le soir. Aucun staff dans les environs. Hôtel à fuir!

We requested an extra-bed when we booked this hotel 6 months ahead; but the hotel only replied a few days before our arrival to say no and offered cancellation (wih fees!) while all hotels around were now fully booked.
Upon our arrival, there was no one at the reception; we went to another hotel of the same group (Philoxenia Earia) and they found somebody to check us in. From then, we saw no staff during our stay. Nobody around to give us the WIFI password. Even upon checking out, there was no one! We had no other choice than leaving the key in the apartment and slamming the door.
During our stay, we didn't even try the swimming pool that was not appealing at all; not maintained and the same few people who dared to use it were quite noisy even late at night. Still, no staff around! Do not go there if you don't want to ruin your holidays!

Ett bra familjehotell, inte riktigt färdigbyggt ännu när vi bodde där men helt och rent. Bra pool! Nära till stranden, restauranger och närmaste supermarket och kokplatta på rummet innebar frukost på balkongen. Billigt på restaurangerna vid stranden.
