MONDRIAN Luxury Suites & Apartments Krakow Old Town

We were met at the property and allowed to check in early. This is a beautiful property with high end appliances and decor. It is located within walking distance to Old Town and various restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, secured entrance to building and parking area. Highly recommended!!

Myself and my husband had the most amazing weekend in Krawok. It was faultless and the apartment was fantastic. It’s in a perfect location where everywhere is walkable.
We met Alex when we arrived at the property and he was unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much. He helped with tours, advise on restaurants etc.
We would definitely return to Krawok and book with Alex again.

Booked one of the 1 bed room apartments for a 3 night stay in the middle of warm July 2020. It felt proper luxury at a bargain price! Alex communicated with me a few days before and I had a special request that he buys a bottle of bubbly for our arrival, as this trip is for my partners birthday (I reimbursed him on arrival and he put it in a nice Ice bucket for our arrival). It costs 90 Zloty for the taxi regardless of the company you use. We used the airport taxi on arrival and on departure got Alex to arrange a taxi. Alex was waiting on the street on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Its above a Bank so its very safe/secure. It has the WOW factor when you arrive. It well lit and plenty of space. TV Sound system, lights and other tech is very advanced, it even confuses Alex on how to do certain things. We could have stayed here for a week no issue, as it had all the mod-cons. Coffee maker, dishwasher. washing machines, fridge-freezer. 2 air con units (actually has 3 but the 3rd doesn't work and even at 28c isn't needed.) Shower is one of the best I've used, had a balcony and having an IPAD to use also adds a touch of class. You don't get view of the city as its in the business area and only on the 1st floor - but it gets a good bit of the sun during the day. Its a 10 walk from the Jewish areas or the main square, so for us its very central and location is perfect. Loads of grocery shops near by. Wouldn't change anything about this place.

To make a long story short, this was the best stay in our 2020 Poland, Slovakia and Czechia tour.

Alex was the most amazing host, always so cheerful and ready to help! From his meeting us at the apartment at the perfect time just as our taxi rolled in, to his volunteering to wash my soiled down jacket, to his booking our day trips in Krakow.. .. Alex provided the service that was perfect! The unit block was very conveniently located, within minutes on foot to the old town square. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked (we were able to make proper dinners in that kitchen). It was our home away from home!

The apartment was amazing and in the perfect location!! It was spotlessly clean and all furnishings and extras were well appointed. The best part of the stay was ALEX!! He was in constant contact and waiting at the door of the building to greet us. He took care of any reservations ahead of our visit and also any needs when we arrived. I highly recommend Mondrian Luxury suites and hope to visit again!

Everything about this apartment made our first stay in Krakow enjoyable, comfortable & welcoming.

All you could need and more. The host, Alex was available to tend to our needs and even helped us book our tours at the last minute. On the day we arrived it was surprisly hot so Alex turned on the air con for us - he was incredibly kind & accommodating... we only wish we had stayed longer!

Location was amazing - right in the centre of everything, yet very peaceful & quiet at night. We slept soundly with no interruptions.

I would definitely recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed.

super beyond expectations i man Alex was perfect in effort, service and was always available to give a helping hand when needed. apartment is definitely one of the best we have stayed in in my 21 destinations of travel during these 70 days. Perfect in every way!!!
Apartment was centrally located; designed with modern amenities; great views; comfortable; clean; etc. There is even an on-site manager to welcome you and attend to your Every Need!! We will definitely be back soon and this will be our go to home next time we are in Kraków!

Very nice apartment. Just miss the things a hotel can offer. Room service, coffee besides nespresso. Good things laundry and kitchen.
