The best possible location a stone throw from Nievsky Prospekt and yet in a nice quiet street. Very clean, top quality and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful management.

This hotel was fantastic! Everything you need is near, the room was nice looking, clean and kept well. We felt that the hotel went a extra mile in keeping guest happy with providing fauset with drinking water and all. The staff were friendly and eager to help if we should need it. You should definately come here! 👌

Es war einfach fantastisch. Wenn eine Unterkunft 100% verdient, dann diese. Unser App. war/ist nicht groß, besticht aber durch Sauberkeit, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hervorragenden Komfort und Ausstattung. Perushotelli toimivalla sijainnilla. Siistit tilat, aamupala läheisessä kahvilassa ok.

Absolut nichts hat gefehlt. Einfach toll. Super Service, super Lage. 5 Sterne Deluxe.

Mixed feelings. The location is superb and the premises are clean, well designed and cozy. The staff did its best to spoil the impression. My passport was damaged at the first moment of my stay (they intended to take a copy of the document and tore the main page). There were multiple attempts to enter my room without knocking at the door (I was inside) and without proper explanation. The personnel hardly spoke any language but Russian. I never received any compensation or excuse until the last day of my stay. Consider it when choosing Kaleydoskop.

Great little "hotel" - the room is super well designed, and was perfect to accomodate 3 people (I was very suspicious of the single bed above the kitchen, but it is a full size single bed...)!
Couple things that would make it even better... better soundproofing from the street noise and better curtains (easier than replacing the windows!) for the morning lights; and reloading coffee capsules daily.

Would definitely go back there (this time with earplugs and Dolce Gusto capsules)!

Cute little apartotel in good location. Might get noisy over weekends, but hotel provides earplugs.

Close to Nevsky prospekt, a little park, good restaurants within walking distance - try tarkhun (Georgian) and la canelletta (Italian)

Housekeeping daily, but they didn't change the bedlinen even though I stayed for over a week.

There is a flight of stairs to go to hotel, no staff available to help with the luggage, so it's good to note that

Very clean apart hotel with great location right in the center of St.Petersburg. The room has a private kitchen and very good shower. There is no receiption in the hotel, but you will not really need it, because everything is well arranged. You can contact the staff by what's up any time. The staff is very caring and helpful. There is a small lobby at the entrance, where you can sit while waiting or leave your baggage in safe boxes in case of departure. There are also possibilities to drink tea at the lobby, there is a toilet and shower there as well.
There could be a bit better bed, but for the 3 star hotel it is ok, only blanket was too narrow for 2 people (approximately 1meter, maximum 1,2 meters), so we had to use 2 blankets instead of one. And when you choose a room, pay attantion at the size of bed, as they may differ and can be fine for one person but small for a couple.
But if to choose were to stay next time, most likely it will be the same hotel!

Nice, clean and personal small place, no reception. The arrival time must be informed in advance, it works if you know the time exactly.. Not for disabled person, narrow, slipery and high stairs before the main door.

A perfect located place for a stay in St Petersburg. Close to nearly everything. Very fresh rooms with the most things you need. A great plus for the very service minded staff. The only negative was the cafe nearby they used for breakfast.

Had a great stay at Kaleidoscope on Italyanskaya and will recommend it to anyone wanting to visit St Petersburg. Highly recommend.

Room looked exactly like what the ad pictures.Staff (Oksana, Svetlana, Marina and lady who opens the gate for us) were very friendly and helpful. Communications with the hotel went very smoothly and promptly. They approached us via email before arrival and booked us an airport transfer. We stayed for 3 nights and there was housekeeping (fresh towels, bed made up) everyday.

The only downside would be the noise in the hallways due to thin walls and no carpeting but after a full day of exploring the city - there was no problem for us falling asleep.

Our room was on the small side for 4 adults, but we managed quite satisfactorily! It was spotless and appointed to a high standard. They had paid real attention to detail. The hotel has a great location and is within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Hotel staff were amazing and sorted out taxis for us when we needed them. We communicated via WhatsApp so could be in constant touch if needed. This hotel was a very lucky find and I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is place in a great location with a great rooms.I would only expand the breakfast menu a little bit.I staff was very friendly and I would really recommend this hotel to everyone.Thank you!
