Хороший отель для бизнес поездки на несколько дней.

В целом отличная цена/качество. Хорошая 4ка в нормальном месте близко к центру

Ванная комната: ванная-слив не работает (специалистов не вызывали, тк принимали душ поздно, из четверых принял душ один человек). Душевая лейка крепиться на стене, но так что вся вода льётся за ванну.
Комнаты: стеклопакет без шумоизоляции (не спади всю ночь)

The hotel is nice. The traffic on the road can be quite loud in the evening.

Плюсы: местоположение, большой номер
Минусы: завтрак (всё холодное как будто с холодильника достали после вчерашнего банкета, при мне принесли жареные дольки картошки они не просто остывшие, а реально холодные) , держатель для душа держался на одном саморезе и крутился вокруг своей оси как стрелки часов и ещё не понравился извесковый налёт на соединениях труб полотенце сушителя ( не гигиенично выглядит)

Отдыхали в отеле в новогодние праздники, номер с видом на город на 5 этаже с панорамным окнами. Вид хороший, но из окон очень сильно дует, поэтому в номере не жарко особенно ночью. В номере две батареи, одна из них еле тёплая, поэтому просили дополнительно обогреватель. В целом в номере чисто, уютно. Телевизор, холодильник. Шведский завтрак был включён в стоимость выбор блюд вприниципе хороший, мы наедались. Есть парковка, но не очень большая. Отель был полон, мест для машин не хватало. Расположение самого отеля нас устроило, можно добраться до многих достопримечательностей Казани.

Um lugar limpo , seguro e proximo ao estadio . Os preços na Russia dispararam nesta epoca , nao foi so no Hotel Mano . Fui muito bem atendido sim , o quarto era espaçoso e somente a cama extra de mola , era dificil para se dormir . O hotel era limpo e o pessoal do atendimento foi atencioso

La primera noche nos dieron un cuarto con el aire malo y el calor fue horrible! No nos cambiaron de cuarto sino hasta el día siguiente!! Y el internet nunca funcionó!! No llegaba a la habitación!!..... el hotel es cómodo y está bien situado! El restaurante es bueno! Pero por el precio que se pago no lo recomiendo!!

Clean hotel. Convenient location for us bus stop right on front of hotel. 2nd floor room was incredibly hot. We told the front desk and they said yes we know the a/c is broken. We asked to be moved and they did accommodate us right away on the third floor. Walking distance to restaurants. Overall pretty pleasant stay.

Впечатления об отеле очень благоприятные. Просьба к администрации отеля заменить меню ресторана в номерах, поскольку согласно меню предлагается несколько вариантов завтрака, обеда и ужина, а по факту меню ограничивалось тем, что, видимо, на свое усмотрение готовили на кухне ресторана. И научите, пожалуйста, девушек на ресепшн улыбаться гостям, не очень приятно когда с тобой общаются, будто одолжение делают. В остальном все отлично: отель в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы от аквапарка, имеется парковка для гостей, номер большой и чистый.

Отель удобно расположен возле Татнефть арены - можно дойти пешком. Мы как раз на хоккей и после пошел ночевать в этот отель

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms are comfortable, with heating and air conditioning, the blinds are perfectly blocking the sun, beds are comfortable with slim pillows, rooms and bathroom are clean, three towels, bath utilities per person provided. The room has all little things to comfort your stay - such as hangers, shoe polish, shoe horn. Hotel provides free bottles of drinking water every day, and another boiler with hot/cold drinking water is available in the hall, the room has small fridge. Hotel provides shuttle to the airport and can help with calling taxi. The hotel restaurant serves very good breakfasts (the dairy products are very fresh, good choice from veggies and muesli to more lunch-like meal with sausages and simple pasta, blinis and eggs), the stuff there is amazing, bringing you cutlery (which is very 'heavy' quality type, not like in the network hotels), tea and coffee, it looks like there is special waiter there just to make toasts. The restaurant looks very posh, a bit kitsch but in a good way. The hallways on each floor look like you can fit a full sets of rooms there, very wide.

Flaws: There is no shelf for shampoos inside the shower cabin; the noise from restaurant on Friday and weekends can be a little bit loud.

Hotel is too noisy at night. Room next door had TV on late at night and could hear it even though they didn't have the volume up high. The TV is next to the wall. The walls do not hold out sound very well. Anyway - could not sleep until they turned the TV off.
If they are wanting to be a great International hotel - one thing they need to do is change their free breakfast. It should be more like a continental buffet style - so you can choose what you want to eat and not stuck with what they had prepared that morning. With people coming from different countries staying here you need variety. Most mornings the breakfast was not very good at all. Other people complained about it. My wife became sick after eating breakfast the last day we were there.
