In the morning, Aliza continued the same level of excellent service. She was friendly, cooperative, and made the check-out process very smooth. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience.

The Client Relationship manager MS Ayesha was great as always, 4th stay in last 20 days and it was amazing as Always. The new MTO Salman is a gem and very kind as always. The staff is great.

Cons:

Windows need to be cleaned and curtains need to be be washed. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Its peaceful, secure and safe.
Pros:

Its peaceful, secure and safe. The new MTO Salman is a gem and a great resource at park lane. Plus the guest relation manager Mam Ayesha is so nice. She offered free coffee.

Cons:

I guess its good overall. But for two people stay they only place one pair of slippers. Which is a bit awkward.
