Very nice.
Pros:

I was staying for business and was upgraded to a room with a lounge and desk so I could work in comfort.

Hassan at guest relations was very polite and professional, dealing with all my queries.

Cons:

Problem wth the treadmill in the gym. It just stopped all of a sudden twice whilst I was walking on it and I nearly fell off. I told gym staff of this. Hope it has been sorted.
