Disappointed, sheets not changed

The hotel is very well situated, near downtown Amman. I am disappointed of the property of the hotel. We stayed there two nights in two different rooms (two different reservations) and the sheets weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't clean as well. When I demanded to the owner very nicely if she could give me proper sheets, she reacted bad and told me that the sheets were changed. I showed to her the hairs on the pillow and only at that moment she gave me another pillow that took from another room. I don't want to speak bad for them, but I didn't appreciate to sleep on sheets used by others (despite the fact that the hotel wasn't expensive) and the reacted of the owner.

Hotel assez vétuste. Confort minimum.

Horrible experience, there was no water to take a shower, no towels, all looked dirty... Not recommended at all.

Leila was extremely helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed. The key strengths of the Jordan River Hotel are its warmth, hospitality and friendly staff! The room was clean and had the essentials available.

Pros:

道路側のシングルルームを使いました。窓を閉めているにも関わらず外の騒音がガンガン聞こえます。車の音だけならまだ良かったですが、道路工事があった日は全く眠れませんでした。

Matig en alleen geschikt voor backpackers
Pros:

Het zin schatten van mensen, maar alles is heel oud, maar wel schoon! Ook het Engels is zeer summier. Maar je kunt voor de prijs die je betaald niet klagen!
