Very nice place to relax
Pros:

Stemningen på hotellet var super! Restauranten var virkeligt god! Faciliteterne på hotellet var gode og personalet var meget imødekommende.

Superbe emplacement. À proximité d’Innsbruck avec accès rapide (station de tram à 300m). Propreté +++

Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed there for only one night in the summer. I would love to book a room there again, but next time I hope we can visit in winter and enjoy the snow.

Cons:

When we returned from dinner, it was a little difficult to find a parking space, as both the underground car park and the outdoor parking area were full. Fortunately, we eventually managed to park our car. This was the only minor downside for us; it would be ideal if there were enough parking spaces for all guests.

Panorami incantevoli, struttura ben gestita e con quasi tutti i comfort

Camera con vista sui monti (meravigliosa), e insonorizzazione perfetta.
Posizione strategica: tram raggiungibile in pochi min a piedi che effettua un percorso panoramico incantevole e collegato molto bene al centro storico.
Colazione quasi prettamente salata completa e soddisfacente.
Riordino e pulizia della camera quotidiana e accurata.
Parcheggio seminterrato comodissimo.

Cons:

Spa con zone comuni e area relax fredde, non riscaldate; troppa affluenza e dimensioni piccole dei vari ambienti.
Ristorante: la clientela italiana non può trovare gradevole il menù e le pietanze proposte per l'uso eccessivo in ogni piatto di salse, condimenti e per la tipologia di accostamenti.

Hotel novo, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Muito longe da cidade, acesso ao trem difícil (uma baita ladeira pra subir e o trem só passa se hora em hora), atendentes despreparados, tivemos que esperar mais de meia hora depois do horário de checkout porque o quarto não estava pronto, na hora do checkout tivemos que esperar o horário de “checkout” começar (nunca tinha visto isso antes. Além disso, o quarto que nós colocaram era bem barulhento, sem ar condicionado e nem ventilador.

Fijne plek voor een doorreis. Lekker ontbijt, fijne familiekamer.

Cons:

Het is erg warm, geen airco. De prijzen in het restaurant zijn erg hoog. Deze keer was het ook niet zo schoon als we gewend zijn van DasMei.

Very pleasant and memorable stay
Pros:

Located in the foot of mountain the hotel has a wonderful view to the beautiful village and high mountains. Very kind and assistive staff who really care about the guests.
Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

We were given a room for the first three nights which didn‘t have air conditioning which was very necessary considering the high temperature. However, they upgraded our room to a bigger one from the 4th night which had a split
