Pros:

Ordentliches und sauberes Hotel mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist super, ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

The residence looks a bit old but is otherwise very functional. It does not have air conditioning, so it can be very hot in the summer, resulting in a lower quality of sleep.
The EV charger on site is a joke, slow and very expensive near a Euro for kW/h.
The kids really enjoyed the good-sized swimming pool in the evening.

Zuerst das Positive:
- nettes Personal
- sehr geräumiges Zimmer bzw. Apartment
- gutes Freizeitangebot

Jetzt das Negative:
- die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind verwohnt;
die Sofapolster durchgesessen; da müsste dringend mal ein Bautrupp rein
- die Frage nach einem Spiegelei beim Frühstück kann man sich sparen
- das Restaurant hat an einem Diensttag Abend zu - alles low Budget

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer gut befahrenen Straße. Die Familien-Apparments gehören dringend renoviert! Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt, riecht modrig und die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer für die Kinder/ mit dem Stockbett hat kein Fenster und ist somit sehr stickig und muffig.
Das Schlafzimmer für die Eltern grenzt an einen Hotel-Flur, so dass direkte Frischluftzufuhr nur eingeschränkt möglich ist und man den "Lärm" der Hotelgäste mitbekommt, die zum oder vom Swimmingpool kommen.
Das Frühstück ist Standard, kaum frisches Obst, nichts Besonderes, Rührei ist aus dem Tetrapack.

Für den Preis ein Klappbett, für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Abendessen gut mehr aber nicht.
Mitarbeiter sehr nett und bemüht. Bad müsste neu gemacht werden.
Im guten und ganzen passt es schon für den Urlaub, da die Möglichkeit besteht selber zu kochen. Für Busines fraglich.

Very convenient if You go skiing, easy parking close to the ski storage. Reception staff very nice and helping all the time. Restaurant staff awesome, restaurant serves home made pizza, very good I have to say. Nice and clean swimming pool. Coming back again.

A nice place to stay
Pros:

I stayed 3 nights at Ramada Residences by Wyndham Saalfelden for a business trip in the region, and found it just perfect for my needs. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room/appartment was spacious and clean. In my opinion great value for money.
