Great spot and conveniently located close to everything in Clayton.
Pros:

We were in town for a wrestling tournament and just needed somewhere to stay for a few days with my son. This was so conveniently located we could have walked. My son enjoyed riding his bike around the neighborhood. Quiet, quaint and very friendly staff.

It was superficially clean

Cons:

Night tables were destroyed and need replacing, tons of dust on bathroom door and behind beds. There was a molding smell behind one of the beds, we found a dirty moldy napkin that cause it

Excellent!
Pros:

We decided to eat supper at the last minute without reservations. The management accommodated is even with restaurant being full. The food was excellent! The waitresses were efficient and very helpful.

Cons:

We liked everything and hope to stay there again if we ever are in the area.

Pros:

Staff are super - had to change reservation twice and both times spoke directly with owners who are so nice and helpful - very very easy to get along with. They also own the Clipper Inn restaurant which is a local attraction - much bigger than it looks. Menu is much much more extensive than expected and all food our group had was simply excellent!
Location excellent. About 5+ minutes to any Clayton location

Cons:

Nothing I can think of. Great place to stay and enjoy the super restaurant

Pleased with the Clipper Inn. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Old fashioned motel. Very nice. Very friendly. No Frills. Great value for just a place to sleep.
