Beds were. fosits in the shower and bathroom were leaking water everywhere. i had to call them 3 times to get it fixed and asked to go to another room but they said this is a only 3 star hotel so we can't offer you another room. location of the hotel isn't good either. staff was very disrespectful.

The rooms is so big size, dirty, dust, shower is bad, no hot water every time, bed is dirty, hair you need one day to clean it , towels smily like overused

Pros:

Clean hotel in a good location. Nice and spacious studio type rooms. Friendly staff and good services. Good buffet style breakfast served over an extended breakfast time.
I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel, thank you.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the property is located at a very good location, the breakfast is ok but could be better, there noise proofing is not that great and the price is little high!

It's a simple hotel. The staff are really nice. Rooms are simple.
Area if you are tourist it's not the best unless you have a car
Breakfast I didn't like at all. I ended up going to eat outside

Pros:

This was our second stay at Tilal Almadina and was just as nice if not better than our first. It was a convenient location for us as it was very near where a relative lives. Amman is quite expensive and this hotel was much more reasonably priced.

Just far from alot of placeis, the roads very old
Pros:

The roads are very busy and old no motorway no vicroads so to go from the hotel to anywhere particular hour and a half an hour even though I'm a very small City
