Great location.
Pros:

Location was superb.
Easy access to room.
Large bed.

Cons:

No pool. But that was mentioned prior to booking.
No receptionist at night.

Value play in South of 5th ‘hood!
Pros:

Great location and value. Bed had fresh linens and was super comfy. Bathroom had quality products. Simple but attractive and secure.

Cons:

Description of optional parking location could have been more precise. Price was right but if parked in wrong location towing fee of about $300 could have ruined my night.

Pros:

Un séjour très agréable au sein de l'établissement The Julia Hotel. L'hôtel est très bien situé à saouth Miami beach, il est à proximité de Oceane Drive, des commerces et les différents attractions: south pointe park, Española wy et les différentes plages. Les arrêts de bus gratuit '' trolley '' sont aussi à 2- 3 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.
On a profité du service de bagagerie gratuit disponible car on est arrivé tôt le matin. Le lobby est très agréable, un espace de détente qui sent bon où on peut prendre un café ou travailler tranquillement. Le check in se fait d'une manière autonome, dès que notre chambre est prête on a reçu le code d'accès au bâtiment et le code du casier où se retrouve la clé le la chambre. Une mention très spéciale à Oscar le manager de l'hôtel qui était au petit soin, pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse qui nous a permis un check out tardif.

Toller Kundenservice, super Raum in Top-Lage
Pros:

Unfassbar toller Kundenservice. Gepäck konnte vor Ort aufbewahrt werden. Early-Check-in wurde ermöglicht.
Während des Aufenthalts stetiger Kontakt vom Manager aus. Room-Service wurde angeboten und nach Wunsch durchgeführt.

Vor Ort konnte man Strandtücher und Strandstühle leihen.

Cons:

Wie in Amerika üblich hellhörige Räume. Aber wurde nicht als störend empfunden. Nur zu beachten, falls man sehr empfindlich ist.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia. Mi hanno seguito per whatsapp dal giorno della prenotazione dandomi tutti i dettagli in forma precisa. La stanza pulita e molto bella, ottima attenzione. Grazie di tutto.

Pros:

Excelente estadia! O hotel tem uma localização fantástica, perto da Ocean Drive mas num quarteirão mais calmo. O quarto era confortável e todo o staff foi muito simpático e prestável, sempre disponível para ajudar.

Um agradecimento especial ao Francesco, que foi excecional e nos ajudou em tudo o que precisámos, sempre com muita simpatia e atenção.

Recomendo vivamente este hotel!

Fast mittendrin und doch ruhig
Pros:

Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und zu den Geschäften. Direkt am Hotel zum Glück kein Restaurant und keine Bar.

Cons:

Zimmer sind hellhörig. Von der Seite und oben. Vor allem wenn mitten in der Nacht andere Gäste vom Feiern kommen.

清潔だった

Cons:

スタッフが居るのが限られた時間だけで、問い合わせに対してメールか留守電による物でリアルタイムに対応して貰えず、ただ部屋を貸しているだけと感じ不満だった。
部屋には洗面用にも飲み物用にも一つもコップが無く不便だった。
セーフティーボックスも壊れていて使えなかった

Hotel Julia was an absolutely fantastic place to stay for our vacation to Miami.

A really well equipped hotel with everything that you require to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s in a fantastic and very safe location and just minutes from Ocean Dr, the beach and all of the bars and restaurants.

It really is a 10/10 hotel and would thoroughly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Miami.

Pros:

The stuff was amazing! They took care of everything we needed. Alessandro in the reception was very helpful and caring! We had a noise problem and they help to clear it up immediately.
We got beach towels and beach chairs for free

Cons:

Walls are thin so you hear everything from outside and neighbours

A wonderful stay in a charming hotel with an excellent location and great service.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops.
