Water douche liep niet door . Heb dan gekeken het doucheputje zat vol haar . Voor de rest alles zeker zeer goed
Big comfortable bed, amenities and good location, easy public transport connection to the center. Room itself was spacious, kitchen had everything for cooking.
It was not clean ! We found used female underwear in the cabinet under the bathroom sink ! Above the sink water was leaking from the sealing on my head in the morning. Apartment walls in general was nasty and dirty. Shower was not cleaned properly and dust everywhere. For me as someone who has asthma was really not great stay while I’m prioritizing cleanliness in all times. I left review through the app but didn’t received any response.
Helpful and polite staff both over the phone and the cleaners I saw in person. I was fortunate enough to get an earlier check in.
Practical location and comfortable bed. Easy check-in and out. Good value for this money.
The kitchenette was missing some basic equipment to actually cook there e. g. there wasn’t a big pot/pan.
Store rom, rent, fin utsikt
Studio was really nice. About a 20 minute walk to the center of amsterdam. Everything that you would need was there - dishes cutlery dishwasher fridge towels hairdryer. Perfect for staying for a few days. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom looked nice and was practical.
Location was great for us and for the purpose of our stay. Bed was comfortable.
On arrival, after an overnight flight, we checked in looking forward to our stay here.
But, the bed was full with pubic hair, the toilet was not clean, only one chair for two people, kitchen was not clean including the inside of the microwave, no plates and no forks/ knives. Unfortunately, the light in the bathroom was so minimal that you cannot even shave or see what you are doing when using the mirror. After contacting and communicating with the staff by phone and text ( there is no staff on site), they requested photos. Eventually someone showed up and I had to tell her what to clean. She was embarrassed about the kitchen and the rest too. Her cleaning stuff spilled over the single chair and made it wet: we could not sit on it anymore during our stay. I contacted the staff a second time by text (as they communicated to me through that), but no word yet, radio silence. Disappointing!

A little far from the centre but wasn't an issue we like to walk. Plenty of reams if walking isn't your thing. Also, no toaster provided

Il faisait un peu froid
Pas de pommeau de douche, lumière de mon côté du lit qui ne marche pas, Clim qui ne fonctionne pas il faisait trop chaud ! On ne peut pas poser nos bagages avant 15h, aucun personnel, on est livré à nous même juste avec nos téléphones comme clef. Aucun échange de personnel ou autre si il y a un problème.

Das Zimmer war wirklich unsauber. Überall Gebrauchsspuren und sichtbare Verunreinigungen. Das schlimmste war Schimmel in der Dusche und ein undichtes Rohr am Waschbecken im Bad aus dem Wasser kam. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben wurde uns versichert das die Putzfrau am nächsten Morgen diese Mängel beseitigen würde. Am Morgen habe ich der Putzfrau im Detail gezeigt was uns stört. Nachdem sie fertig war hat sich wirklich nichts geändert es war so dreckig wie vorher. Ich habe erneut den Kundenservice vom Hotel kontaktiert und forderte eine Entschädigun, diese war meiner Meinung nach sehr ungroßzügig. Die Unterkunft lässt nciht mit sich verhandeln.
Dieser Preis ist die Unterkunft absolut nicht wert. Es war absolut kein schöner Aufenthalt und kein ernsthafter Kundenservice.
