Pros:

Good location

Cons:

When we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. There were dirty towels strewn everywhere, the toilet was soiled and the beds slept in. We got split up and moved to separate inferior rooms. They will not give me a refund for this either.

Overpriced but comfy and convenient

Was very clean and the location was very convenient

Cons:

I was locked out of my property as they deactivated my digital keys after the first day and had to make other arrangements until that was sorted. Booking.com then said I had to call to handle my enquiry which was unhelpful.

The TVs didnt work and couldn’t connect to the internet so I couldn’t watch anything whilst I was there, this limited my experience as I basically paid £450 for half the services which I would like help refunded

Très central correct au niveau prix par rapport à la prestation

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être des travaux pour refaire les lampes de chevet mais c’est un tout petit détail.

20minutes from the Central station with the tram and 30min by foot. Quiet neighborhood and clean hotel.
