Die Verwendung des digitalen Schlüssels verursachte beim Einchecken zunächst Probleme, da nicht freigeschaltet. Für „Nichtdigitale MENSCHEN“ unter Umständen etwas schwierig.

There was no tea-towel to get hot plates out of the microwave/oven. I put in a maintenance request for this and even after completing our stay, we have had no response and had to use our bathroom towels.

We had our room cleaned half way through, they took our bath mat and didnt replace it. They also didnt make the bed.

Our dishwasher was broken, we called maintenance to fix it or offer another solution. They said they would send someone to sort it the next day, that didnt happen.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sich das Hotel im Zentrum befindet – das entspricht jedoch nicht der Wahrheit. Die Lage ist deutlich weiter entfernt als angegeben, was sehr unpraktisch war.

Zusätzlich war die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer schmutzig, was für mich ein klares Zeichen von mangelnder Sauberkeit ist. Auch die Wasseroberfläche (z. B. im Wasserkocher oder Glas) war nicht sauber, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechtert hat.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen und ich würde es aus diesen Gründen nicht weiterempfehlen.

DO NOT STAY IF YOU VALUE SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS
Stayed for a few nights in Jan 2026. Have stayed here many time previously approx 9 in the last 9 years. Recently the place has been sold by Vondel to a consortium of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. Standards have fallen considerably.
Nearly every part of my room had issues (i was in room 11 i believe)
-- MENSTRUAL BLOOD left on toilet seat
-dust and dirt pretty much everywhere and
- thermostat completely broken (it was winter so very cold and the room is very poorly insulated)
- sofa also broken all slats either removed,broken or missing making it practically useless
lots of hair all over the room
-someone’s socks left on the sofa
-TV broken in bedroom
-Not to mention the countless stains on the carpet or dents in the wall or flaking paint or lose fixtures from years of neglect
Massive safety issues also presented themselves during my stay.
- At some point the property made the switch to a digital door key that would would open the door at the press of a button (previously they used QR code scanner) which is convenient until you realise that the people in rooms nearby are also able to open your door if the signal gets confused.
-Main door to property doesn’t close properly meaning rooms are left somewhat vulnerable especially those on the ground floor
Communication issues
- the property uses a WhatsApp messaging system to communicate with guests as there are NO STAFF ONSITE. issues reported through the messaging were responded to with promises that someone would come to fix them the next day. This never happened. Instead it wiuld send you a message 12+ hours later saying the issues had been unable to be sent through to front desk team
- no responses from reception email. You can also email reception but don’t bother if you want a response. I filed my complaint over two months ago and had to call multiple times to even get a response.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Unser Schlafzimmer war ein Kellerraum, in dem die Belüftungsanlage jedes Geräusch aus dem Zimmer darüber wie ein Trichter verstärkt hat, die Küchenzeile hingegen befand sich im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf die Mülltonnen im Hinterhof. Auf Wunsch haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Es sah abgewohnt aus, mit Flecken auf dem Sofa und Schrammen an den Wänden. Die digitalen Schlüssel haben nicht funktioniert. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns als Ersatz Schlüsselkarten gebracht. Darauf mussten wir bis 21:45 Uhr warten. Die Karten haben dann auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Zimmer war für unser Empfinden zu warm, aber die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur um wenige Grad verändern. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Es gibt keinen Gepäckraum, man kann die Koffer am Abreisetag also nicht verwahren lassen. Es waren keine Mitarbeiter im Haus, alle Anfragen wurden telefonisch geklärt.

Needs to be a welcoming sheet with info such how to change node on air conditioning from heating to cold. (Pressing the up and down buttons together changes the mode).

Room wasnt cleaned for 4 days until I requested it.

The 'sitting room' decor was poorly furnished. A shame as the bedroom and bathroom was nice.

Rien à redire. Un petit souci avec le système aelecteonique pour accéder à notre chambre mais une carte nous a été donné et le souci solutionné en quelques minutes grâce aux personnel discret mais consciencieux et efficace.
