Frühstück gut, fancy Einrichtung in der Lounge, aber Zimmer suboptimal.

Die Lage

Cons:

Integrierte Duschkabine/WC im Zimmer, keine gute räumliche Trennung. Schlechte Lüftung.
Zimmer stickig, Fenstersensor hat blockiert wegen Regen, gleichzeitig Klimaanlage nicht zu aktivieren. Fenster wurde dann manuell vom Personal geöffnet.

Situation géographie, disponibilité du personnel, le petit dejeuner (solide)

Cons:

Salle de bain dans la chambre avec un rideau occultant moyen...et il faut passer par le WC ...
La queue au petit dejeuner pour le café, chocolat, thé.... 1 seule personne au service et le café à la tirette pas au niveau du standing de l'hotel

Great hotel and would certainly stay there again if I return to Vienna.
Pros:

The location is great, the staff are excellent, the bar/facilities at the hotel are great. The room is clean, modern and fully working. The shower is exceptional.

Cons:

I know the hotel does offer a "galley" on two of its floors, with free coffee and tea. With a vending machine with lite snacks. However personally you cannot beat having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is my only negative.
