Qualität und Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
U- Bahn Linie direkt vor dem Hotel.

Das Servierpersonal im Erdgeschoss,
Wir wurden lange nicht bedient, die beiden Damen an der Bar tranken lieber Ihre eigenen Gläser. Nach Nachfrage ob wir etwas zur trinken bekommen könnten warteten wir wieder ca. 5 min ohne Erfolg. Wir haben die Bar im EG dann verlassen.
Die Gläser auf den leeren Nachbartischen waren auch nicht abgeräumt.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet mussten wir für den Kaffee ca. 10 min anstehen da nur eine Person den Kaffee zubereitete.

Die Lage war sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss in der Innenstadt und direkt an der Haltestelle der U Bahn.
Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption am Tag.

Cons:

Am 2. Abend wollten wir um ca. 22.00 etwas an der Bar im Erdgeschoss trinken. Wir warteten 10 Minuten und wurden nicht bedient. Als wir nachfragten ob wir etwas zu trinken haben dürften, haben die beiden Damen nicht reagiert sondern aus ihren eigenen Gläsern getrunken. Wir warteten nochmals 5 min, als wieder nichts geschah sind wir dann endtgültig gegangen. Auch die Tische rund um uns wurden nicht abgeräumt.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet mussten wir für unseren Kaffee rund 10 min anstehen da nur eine Person die grosse Kaffeemaschine bediente. Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet allerdings sehr gut.

Great Location, Lovely staff, Very Clean.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Ruby Lissi Hotel Vienna by IHG, thanks to its fantastic location, warm hospitality, and attention to detail.

Situated right in the Innere Stadt, the hotel makes exploring the city easy for people staying for 1-2days —St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Stephansplatz, and the Schwedenplatz transit hub are all just a short walk away.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.

Most importantly, the hotel was impeccably clean; both the rooms and common areas were kept spotless and fresh every day.

With its aesthetic and cosy, modern vibe, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return on my next trip to Vienna!

Cons:

While I personally wasn't a huge fan of the self-check-in process, the lovely staff were right there to guide me through. They support made all the difference.

ideaal om Wenen te bezoeken
Pros:

ideale plaats om alles van Wenen te gaan bezoeken, je krijgt een uitgebreid buffet als ontbijt en kamers met airco. Je moet het wel ok vinden dat je kamergenoten kunnen zien dat je doucht, want douche en lavabo in kleedkamer en dus zichtbaar, maar wel een goede regendouche met direcrt warm water.

Cons:

de ingang valt niet zo op dus wel wat zoeken.
