Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Personal war desinteressiert. Zimmerausstattung war nicht gut: WC und Dusche mitten im Zimmer- keine Privatsphäre, ansonsten keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten, die man für diesen Preis in anderen Hotels erhält (Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer o.ä.). Nicht empfehlenswert für diesen Preis!

Lovely hotel. Quirky design. Our room was comfortable and clean, and more spacious than the hotel photos implied.
Staff were excellent.
Breakfast was everything you would want.
With a very handy location, and overall when we return to Vienna, we’ll stay here again.

Das Personal ist jung und einfach super und nett....10 Punkte und alle Sterne.
Als wir ankamen war in Wien Stromausfall.
Super freundlich.... einfach toll
Es war keine Möglichkeit für unsere Kühlakkus vorhanden. Das Personal hat es einfach gelöst in der Hotelküche.
Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klima Wurde ohne Probleme gelöst.
Hotel nur zu empfehlen....

Cons:

Klima Anlagen gehören überprüft.
Bei unserem Besuch hatten wir in Wien 38,5 Grad. Minibar wäre schön.
Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Den Hoteleingang könnte man verschönern...passend zum Hotel, z.B. wie ein Kinoeingang. Das wäre passend zu den Scheinwerfern.

Excellent location and genuinely good breakfast, but ultimately a triumph of style over substance that made me swear off
Pros:

The location is excellent and breakfast was perfectly decent. That’s about where my compliments end.

Cons:

Ruby Lissi feels like a hotel designed by branding consultants rather than people who’ve actually stayed in one. The “silent” air conditioning is virtually useless, cooling the room only about 3°C below the outside temperature with no fan mode. Worse, it only runs while your key card is in the room. That’s understandable in Europe, but during a 40°C heatwave it simply means you return each afternoon to an oven and ask a whisper-quiet unit to perform miracles. Reception’s response was to explain, rather condescendingly, why this was normal. Curiously, hotels in Poland and Hungary had somehow mastered the revolutionary concept of cooling a room.

The self check-in process has you using a tablet while an employee watches you do their job. The room is minimalist to the point of parody. The space where every normal hotel would put a dresser has instead been sacrificed for a sink, leaving almost nowhere to unpack. The bathroom floods every time you shower, housekeeping arrives sometime between late afternoon and “perhaps tomorrow,” and somehow there was room for a decorative guitar amp but not a fridge, coffee machine or decent storage.

The hotel proudly advertises that it’s cashless. After three nights, I think “service-less” would be the more accurate slogan. Ruby has confused being different with being better.

Ok, if you don't mind showering in front of whomever you are sharing a room with.
Pros:

Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast. The sausages were hotdog ones, there was no bacon. But it was fine.

Cons:

No having a fridge in the room and only having a curtain around the shower.
