Pros:

Nice staff. Very nice quiet and cozy vibe . Self check in is so comfortable. Very romantic atmosphere. Amazing breakfast!

An sich ein schönes Hotel mit Macken. Sehr gutes Personal und doch eher schlechtes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, man kann extrem viel zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab doch einige Stellen im Haus die nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung bzw kaputt waren. Personal in der oberen Bar könnte zuvorkommender sein. Bzw Kundenfreundlich.

Doccia e wc a vista in camera

Ottima posizione personale cordiale anche se si gestisce tutto in autonomia anche il check in, camera confortevole, unica pecca se così vogliamo dire è la stanza da bagno che di fatto nn c è ma è strutturato tutto comodamente ovvero una doccia nella Stanza da letto e il wc di fianco, il lavandino è nella stanza, strano per un 4 stelle, sicuramente ideale per coppie rodate o amici, Un viaggio per una coppia alle prime esperienze, forse li nn lo farei perché nn c'è molta privacy (sempre per la mancanza di una vera e propria stanza da bagno) ma tutto sommato è tutto molto agevole. Mi sono trovata bene.

Cons:

Il check in in autonomia nn mi è piaciuto, eravamo super stanchi ed avremmo preferito facessero loro.

Cocktail an der Bar sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer 1 direkt neben einer Abluft und Richtung Innenhof Schlafen fast nicht möglich Fenster öffnen nur ca. 8 cm
Zimmer 2 im Dachgeschoss auch hier über unserem Fenster Abluft auch im Innenhof Verdunklung nur kpl. Offen oder kpl. Geschlossen! Ausstattung ist nicht vergleichbar mit IHG Mainz
Da waren wir sehr zufrieden
Decke in Beton mit Fugen!

Super zentrale Lage in einem sehr stylischen Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass fussläufig alles erkundet werden kann. Die Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist auch super. 5min bis zur nächsten Haltestelle.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Die Rooftopbar ist windgeschützt und läd zum verweilen ein.

Cons:

Der Haupteingang ist angeblich ab 22:00 verschlossen, der ausgeschilderte Nebeneingang der ab 22:00 zu nutzen ist war jedoch ebenso verschlossen. Dies muss besser kommuniziert werden wie man dann nachts ins Hotel kommt. Bei uns war es Glück,das jemand das Hotel verlassen hat und wir reinschlüpfen konnten.

Sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Bars und Frühstückraumes war sensationell. Das Frühstück selbst war ebenfalls sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei. Die Lage ist sowieso perfekt.

Cons:

Das Bad bzw. der Waschtisch direkt im Schlafzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber letztendlich nicht so wichtig

Ein ganz toller Aufenthalt im Zentrum Wiens
Pros:

Lage super, Öffis und Stadtzentrum gleich um die Ecke. Bar und Frühstücksraum einzigartig. Frühstück super. Zimmer super, Konzept mit Waschbecken im Zimmer und Dusche im Glaskasten gefällt mir sehr gut. Bett und Bettdecken groß und lang. Dachfenster gut zu bedienen. Beleuchtung gut. Tee, Kaffe, Wasser gibt es in der "Galley"-Küche und Snacks aus dem Automaten. Man fühlt sich willkommen beim meist "jungen" Personal. Danke.

Cons:

Matratze kann etwas härter sein (musste mit Kopfkissen unter der Matratze nachhelfen)
