Convenient location
Pros:

The location was perfect for a short stay in Heraklion. We could easily walk to the ferry boat to Santorini, as well as to the Old Town part of Heraklion. There were lots of excellent restaurants right at our fingertips.

Cons:

There wasn't anyone at the front desk, which made some of it a bit unclear. But we figured it out

A good hotel but would benefit from a reception desk manned for longer hours
Pros:

Very close to the centre with an excellent restaurant virtually next door. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Would have been nice if there could have been a person at reception when I arrived at around 5pm. I would not call myself technophobic but find having to rely on my phone for front door and bedroom door electronic codes a bit of a pain. Just as well there was still some energy left in my phone's battery. Governments and businesses of course pushing us hard into phone/app dependency to save money, but removing humans has a downside in de-riching life experience.

Pros:

Pulizia e posizione, buona colazione anche se non c'è tantissima scelta. Istruzioni di self check in molto facili.

Cons:

Io ho prenotato una singola e la camera è davvero piccolissima. Oltretutto monhanno dato una camera al.piano terra a fianco di reception e sala colazione per cui si sentono in rumorii delle persone. Avevo provato a contattare la struttura prima del mio arrivo via e mail e tramite bookong e non mi hanno mai risposto. La reception c'è solo al mattino

Merkezi konumda olması. Odanın ve banyosunun temiz ve ferah olması.

Cons:

Yastık yüksekliği alışmış olduğumuzdan daha yüksekti. Bu sebeple biraz rahatsız etti.
Çamaşır asma yeri olmaması.
Otelde çok basit bir iğne iplik seti bile bulunmuyordu.

Rezeption nur kurz besetzt, daher relativ umständliche Übermittlung des Öffnungscodes des Zimmers per Email. Eingabe des Codes erst nach mehreren Versuchen erfolgreich.

The room was modern and spacious. The reception staff was very accommodating. Great location to restaurants and shops.

Gutes Hotel für Städtetour
Pros:

Das Hotel war neu und gepflegt. Es lag in einer schmalen Straße, aber nicht weit von der 25.August Straße. Also Essen und Trinken nah und Bummeln und Souvenirs.
Guter Blick auf den Hafen.
Das Frühstück war okay.
Auch zu den Bussen z..B. nach Knossos oder zum Strand war fußläufig.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel in der Abflugschneise des Flughafens. Nachts um 2.30 bzw 3 Uhr gab es Flieger und auch morgens ab 6 Uhr. Aber dies gilt nicht nur für dieses Hotel in Heraklion.
Es gab nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer und keine Ablage für Koffer. Auch nur eine Schublade für Klamotten neben einer Kleiderstange.
