Chambres conforts,spacieuses,literie au top.
Hotel à côté du centre ville ,emplacement au top,restaurants à côtés.

Cons:

Problèmes de douche avec température de l eau qui passe de brûlante à froide
Petit déjeuner bien mais manque de la diversité si on reste plusieurs jours .
On écoute les avions mais c est pas gênant.

Pros:

Sauberes , modernen Hotel, gute Lage und Ausstattung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhig auch in der Nacht. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir hatten für einen Nachmittag kein Wasser. Dass der offensichtliche Wasserschaden behoben werden muss und dafür das Wasser abgestellt werden muss ist natürlich klar.
Dennoch dauerte die Reparatur insgesamt doch etwas zu lange.
Frühstück könnte bessere Auswahl haben und abwechslungsreicher sein. Dennoch war das Frühstück insgesamt genießbar.
Zumindest wurden keine vergammelten Sachen oder grob Ungenießbares vorgesetzt.

pour un 4 étoiles bcp de défaut : trou dans les murs, trou rebouché vite fait, fuite de levier, moisissure autour du lavabo

Pros:

Perfectly clean rooms, beds where highly comfortable, the entire hotel was extremely clean and tidy, nice breakfast and friendly staff, i would definetely recommend.

Perfekte Lage,um in Heraklion alles zu Fuß zu erkunden
Pros:

Sehr schöne Einrichtung,alles Wichtige vorhanden .Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir sind mehrmals mit dem Auto vorbeigefahren,von außen schlecht erkennbar.Zu Fuß ging es besser…nachdem wir einen Parkplatz gefunden hatten.
