Ein kleines familiäres Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig, das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

Belle hôtel tout neuf à proximité de tout

Bon déjeuner, Belle rénovation des chambres, très fonctionnel

Cons:

Lits simples mobiles et se déplacent facilement. Pas commode quand collés pour faire 1 lit . Matelas un peu dure

Great stay in beautiful Crete!
Pros:

The check in process was smooth! The location of the property was excellent! The breakfast was delicious too. We went to a restaurant near by Garden Herbs which was EXCELLENT! Port and center are very close (walking distance). we had a wonderful stay!

We have no complaints about the property!

Pros:

Ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου. Πολύ καλό το δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Καθολου καλη ηχομόνωση τόσο σχέση με τους εσωτερικούς ήχους όσο και τους εξωτερικούς. Επίσης οχι πολύ πλούσιο το πρόγευμα

Not very boutique. Nice room and lovely staff. Ok breakfast. One staff person cooking and doing everything for breakfast

Pros:

Although we had made our reservation taking into consideration the availability of an elevator, as one member of our group was an older lady with mobility difficulties, we were initially assigned to a building without elevator access.
However, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Even though her shift had already ended, she went out of her way to arrange a room change for the lady with mobility issues. We truly appreciate her professionalism, care, and willingness to help. Thank you very much!

Le bruit avion vraiment bruyant,hôtel magnifique manque une bouteille d une même une petite bouteille ,la machine a café pas au top la dame qui s occupe du réfectoire manque de compréhension pour elle tout ok ,quand il faut appuyer plusieurs fois pour que cela fonctionne bizarre
