Outstanding hotel for exploring Heraklion
Pros:

Outstanding hotel - everything felt brand new, the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had and the staff were super helpful and kind

Cons:

Unfortunately the person on reception we asked to book a very early morning taxi to the airport forgot to do so which was stressful. Another staff member kindly intervened and sorted it out at 4.30am but this was the only negative experience from an otherwise perfect stay

Pros:

Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Bis 22.00 Uhr ist die Rezeption besetzt, danach bekommen Spätanreisende einen Keycode für die Eingangstür und Zimmer zugesendet.
Frühstück gut und ausreichend.
Von allem was da.
Zimmer super, direkten Blick auf das Meer.
Zum Glück mit Klimaanlage.
Super! Danke nochmal.

Cons:

Kopfkissen waren für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, nicht sehr bequem

Pros:

Bardzo mili pracownicy hotelu zwłaszcza pan z recepcji:)) smaczne śniadanka, cicha okolica, ale w centrum. Pokój przestronny, bardzo czysto. Obok bardzo dobra restauracja:) Wrócimy za rok.

There are many good hotels in Heraklion, you can do far better than this one. Keep looking.
Pros:

The staff was kind.

Cons:

The room was nothing like the picture. I have stayed in many hotels in Heraklion, this was not up to par. My husband had to clean their drains. They tried to offer a new room and wine, but our romantic weekend in town was already ruined.
