Great stay in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

Right in front of the park and a short walking distance to the Center of Vienna. Super friendly staff across the whole hotel. Wonderful welcoming with sparkling wine and chocolates. Comfortable room

Pros:

Konum nedeniyle tercih ettik ve beklentimizi karşıladı. Tren garının hemen yanı ama U1 hattına yürümek biraz zaman alıyor. Odalar temiz ve eşyalar yeni-kaliteliydi. Hafif küçüktü, 2 çocukla kaldığımız için ek yatak daralttı.

Çocuğumuzla ve bebek arabamızla gittik , otel wien hbf nin kapısından çıkınca direk karşınızda ulaşım çok kolay metro hemen yanında , çocuğunuzla konaklayacaksanız eğer mükemmel bi seçim , barmen emir bey e de güler yüzü için teşekkürler 😉

Excellent location, friendly staff, great rooms and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Location was excellent - literally across the road from the station. Rooms were clean, spacious & well equipped. Breakfast was delicious - lots of choices, and the children loved the pancake maker! Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mic dejun foarte bun, locatia excelenta: vis a vis de gara Hauptbahnhof (care are si un mall) si acces rapid la metrou catre principalele puncte de atractie din oras; hotel curat si modern, totul a fost peste asteptari.

Mic dejun foarte bun, varietate mare de produse. Curatenie, atmosfera placuta.

Aspectul care m-a surprins neplacut a fost ca in ultima seara, personalul de la bar a pus mana pe ambele prajituri pe le-am ales din vitrina, inainte sa le puna in farfurie. Am fost contrariata ca cineva se poate gandi sa-si lase amprentele pe ciocolata tortului Sacher si l-am informat pe barban (aceeasi persoana servea si bauturile) ca nu este ok ceea ce a facut si ca refuz sa cumpar prajiturile atinse de el. A avut o atitudine total neprofesionista. Mi-a spus că e curat pe maini (chiar si asa, amprenta ramasese pe glazura!) a discutat cu colegul si l-a lasat pe el sa ne serveasca, imbufnându-se. Colegul, dupa ce a pus prajiturile noastre pe farfurii, a inceput sa consume, demosntrativ, din celelalte două felii puse deoparte. Între timp, a mai aparut si un al 3-lea coleg, care părea intrigat de conversatii. Recomand cu celeritate un curs de igienă publică intrucât păreau ca nu-și dau seama unde au gresit si nu aveau nicio intentie sa ne faca pe plac, daca nu am fi insistat.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. View from 10th floor was fantastic. Staff was professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Everything was clean, of high quality, and well maintained. Excellent location.

Cons:

One bed was too soft, the other was OK (but this is personal preference, not a disadvantage). No fridge in the room. Everything else was excellent.

Troppo caldo nella stanza e impossibilita di aprire finestra o regolare il riscaldamento, molto polveroso con moquette che difficilmente viene davvero pulita, assenza dei servizi base per un 4 stelle, manca minibar, assenza della macchina del caffe anche se nella descrizione e foto sembrava ci fosse
