Phenomenal staff with excellent service.

The rooms smelled musty. The bed sheets smelled like mildew. The beds were damp. The rooms were gross. The bathrooms are ok but small.

The exterior is beautiful and the breakfast and service were excellent.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was about 20 min from the famous hot springs. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning. The staff was always polite and helpful. Very recommended!

No te daban agua ni al llegar . Me fijé que en todos los hoteles que llegue te daban una botella de agua al llegar , pero aquí ni la primera fue de cortesía .
La ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que no podías abrirla y la llave de mi cuarto abría otros cuartos . Fuera de eso . La recepcionista muy amable . Y la chica del desayuno increíblemente eficiente . Estuvimos muy agusto

The Hacienda was absolutely gorgeous, The staff was very nice and very accommodating.
It was not full the day that we visited, but the bedrooms were very clean, we could not used the sauna because it was not working and the jacuzzi never got heated I guess it got damaged or it did not got heated enough at the time we used it. Love the sight and the calmness of the place.

Hermosa Finca Hotel pero aun mejor el servicio que recibimos por parte de Isabela, definitivamente hizo que nuestra estadía en esta hermosa finca fuera maravilloso, muy agradecidos con Isabela por el buen servicio ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service and location. Breakfast and lunch very tasty and reasonable. The staff was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

El estado general de las habitaciones es muy regular: La primera habitación que entregaron no servían las llaves, luego entregaron otras habitaciones con maña limpieza. El personal se esfuerza por atender a los Clientes pero el Desayuno es muy poco y nada variado. El precio es alto para lo que realmente el Hotel ofrece y recortienfo la.zona hay muchas más opciones de alojamiento en Santa Rosa de Cabal. Las Termales muy desordenado, sucio, comida regular y entrada costosoa para ver una cascada y entrar en 3 piscnas repletas de gente. No dan ganas de volver numca más a las Termales.

El precio es demasiado para lo que ofrece el hotel, el servicio del personal es muy bueno pero el hotel por el precio tenía más expectativas

No se cumplió con la hora de la entrada, fue más tarde de lo estipulado. Lo mismo con el desayuno. Las almohadas de la cama muy incómodas. La habitación completamente cerrada sin aire. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. La habitación olía a moho y humedad, El baño muy pequeño y la habitación no tenía sillas donde sentarse. El TV los controles malos y sin ningún canal de TV..

This is an older but comfortable reasonably priced hotel. The staff is great. The manager is a nice young lady. It is very quiet and situated away from the town. Very helpful staff; Salomé cooked nice breakfast for us.Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hotel Hacienda Santa Clara for two nights and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoors was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect, we were 35 mins from each of the termales. Very convenient.

The staff was extremely attentive to our every need and very gracious and professional.

El Wifi no funcionaba, me parece extraño que la cena se pueda ordenar hasta las 6:30pm !! El lugar es muy bonito pero tienen de mejorar muchos detalles.

Nous n’étions pas attendu malgré notre réservation,chambre sans eau chaude,sans wifi ….mais le personnel est vraiment adorable et le site est malgré tout très sympa

Es un lugar muy agradable y muy adecuado para ir a Termales de Santa Rosa. El hotel ofrece una sesión de jacuzzi y dispone de un buen restaurante. La habitación no es muy espacio sa pero dispone de todo lo necesario. Fue una estancia de dos días muy agradable y relajante
