My wife and I have just spent a very happy and comfortable 4 nights over the Eid Festival at The Demisos Caves Hotel in Mustafapasa,

The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace.

A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks.

Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly situated to explore the many delights of the region

Karim, our host was a delight, as were the rest of his family. They made us feel very welcome, and their hospitality, kindness and general helpfulness made our stay a memory we will cherish for years to come

Thank you- we will be back

Kahvaltı geç çıkmasına rağmen gayet çeşitliydi işletmeci hanım efendi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi bölgeyle illgili verdiği bilgiler çok güzeldi ( ismini unuttuğum için kusura bakmasın) memnun kaldık. fiyatların pahalı olmasını genel olarak ekonomiye bağladık çünki bölgede genel olarak fiyatlar pahalı. Staff was friendly, even with some limited English we managed to arrange everything needed. The room was comfy.

Cons:

Staff smoke inside the common area in the evening/night, although the hotel clearly says it is a non-smoking property. Having a cave room means that the ventilation is a bit limited, so having smoke on the other side of the door is not nice.

Ekim ayında 3gecelik konaklama yaptık. Dikkat ettiğimiz ilk şey sakin dinlenme yeri olmasıydı. Mustafapaşa mevkide en güzel yerlerden biri. Park sorunu yaşamadık. Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi. Günlük temizliklerini de çok güzel yapmışlardı. Kahvaltı açısından bizi tatmin etti çok lezzetli ve güzeldi. Terasında gündüz gece çok güzel kafa dinledik. İlgileri ve İkramları çok hoştu. Memnun kaldık tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz çok güzel bir deneyimdi teşekkürler

Pros:

Clean, cozy, peaceful, basic.

The hotel is in Mustafapasa, 10 minutes away from Urgup. It's a great location for a family. Simple but decent breakfast.

Cons:

Like many other cave hotels, it is absolutely difficult for handicapped people to get in or out of the hotel. I broke my leg 2 months ago and recovering. I had hard time going over the high stairs. The whole area is a protected cultural zone and the hotel is not allowed to construct accessibility projects outside. Still, if you have difficulty walking this one will be challenging.

Another thing would be, that the hotel offers tea for breakfast and there's no brewed coffee of any kind. There's instant coffee and Turkish coffee but I wouldn't consider those a replacement.

Excellent support service .
Went with my family and didnt have booked for Airbaloon and she helped us to do boom us for us the next day morning and all went well..
The cave Hotel stay was nice with great ambience on the hall area with very calm and peaceful atmosphere , very relaxing kind..
Breakfast is of lavish type with lot varieties of food items served and tasty.
Also she support us arranging Cab services to airport without any delay and much cheaper price.
Very Helpful personality would highly recommend this Hotel especially for families who would like to have safe and peaceful stay in capadocia ..

The BEST cave hotel
Pros:

We loved our 4 night stay here. The location is great ! We booked 5 rooms for our family, 6 kids, ages 6-17 and 6 adults. The hotel has comfie beds, complete amenities in the bathroom, slippers and a robe in the rooms, wifi in each room (look for a little sign on the wall for that room's PW). Breakfast in the morning is the best, lots of choices to keep everyone happy, including hard boiled and cornflakes, and lots of teas . Each day there was something hot served, like pancakes. In the evening we played cards in the breakfast room and were served corn nuts and seasoned pumpkin seeds by the owner! She called a doctor for our sick grandson after midnight - he made a house call for $75! (Including the medicine). And she asked about him the next morning to see how he was doing. She booked everything we needed: balloon tour, Cappadocia tours, airport transfers. Turkish bath and transfer, a vehicle to take us to Imagination Valley. Google translate helped us communicate easily. The price is very reasonable. It is a charming choice! I can't say enough great things about this hotel!

Extremely Cosy Cave Hotel
Pros:

The Cave rooms were very cosy, spacious and had a feel good factor about it. The Breakfast on offer was also fine. The staff service was super, although they could not understand basic English. However, with the help of Google translator we were able to manage comfortably.

Cons:

The main approach to the hotel was not appropriate with steep and partially broken stairs and had the Cab driver not helped in pulling our luggage up, it would have been a real challenge. However, we later learnt that there is another entrance from the rear side that was okay and without any stairs.
