Pros:

Room was lovely. Bed very comfortable.

Pros:

All went well on the most part

Cons:

I rang and booked an extra bed for the first night. This was not forthcoming. In the end I didn't need it because my husband did not come with me but it was disappointing that I was not given the option.

Great location, comfy beds, modern bathroom, helpful staff
Pros:

Front of house staff were great, super helpful. Professional and polite. Helped us get an earlier check in when we enquired and a late check out which was appreciated. Great location!

Cons:

When we got to our room there were only 3 towels when 4 of us were staying there. Called at 4pm to get a new towel to reception and it never came, called again at 9pm and it came then. Upon check in on Saturday Housekeeping kept the dirty linens and room service dirty plates and trays in the hallway most of the day.

Would stay again, skip the breakfast though.
Pros:

Easy check in, secure parking, great location.

Cons:

The lighting in the room (1411) was a pain to fathom what switch did what.
Breakfast was a huge let down. We complained about the temperature of the hot food two out of three visits. No outcome of complaints were received.
A guest laundry would be great, even the Ibis has one!
