Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.

Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.

Las fotos no reflejan el estado real del alojamiento. No lo recomendaría.

Mi experiencia en Soy Local Provenza fue muy decepcionante y, personalmente, no recomendaría alojarse aquí.

El principal problema es que el estado real del alojamiento dista muchísimo de lo que muestran las fotografías publicadas en Booking. No estamos hablando simplemente de un apartamento algo antiguo o con pequeños desperfectos: prácticamente todas las estancias presentaban problemas evidentes de mantenimiento.

En la cocina, los cajones y puertas del mobiliario estaban descuadrados y algunos ni siquiera cerraban correctamente. El aparador del salón tenía las puertas completamente hinchadas y deterioradas por la parte inferior, aparentemente por humedad o contacto con agua, hasta el punto de que el material estaba deshecho. En el baño había acabados muy deficientes, zonas del marco de la puerta con espuma de poliuretano expuesta y una baldosa/revestimiento de la pared parcialmente desprendido. Esto último no me parece únicamente una cuestión estética: me preocupó que un elemento así pudiera terminar desprendiéndose mientras alguien utiliza el baño. La propia puerta también estaba muy deteriorada en su parte inferior. Todo esto puede comprobarse en las fotografías que acompañan la reseña.

Además, encontramos algún insecto dentro de la habitación.

Otro aspecto que considero importante conocer antes de reservar es que la limpieza del apartamento durante la estancia no está incluida y hay que pagarla aparte. Personalmente, tratándose de un alojamiento turístico, me parece una información muy relevante que conviene tener presente antes de reservar.

A todo lo anterior se suma uno de los mayores problemas de nuestra estancia: el ruido nocturno. Hay un local/discoteca muy próximo y el nivel de aislamiento acústico del alojamiento es prácticamente inexistente. El ruido entraba en la habitación con una intensidad que hacía muy difícil descansar. Si alguien tiene el sueño ligero o simplemente quiere dormir con normalidad, debería tenerlo muy en cuenta.
