Un bon séjour dans cet hôtel confirme à la description, bon rapport qualité/prix!
Pros:

L’ensemble de l’hôtel est propre et bien équipé.
L’emplacement sur la plage. Marco et Joanna qui font le job au bar à l’heure de l’apéritif…cocktails délicieux et beaux sourires! Le personnel de chambre très aimable et la vue mer depuis notre chambre sympa!
Le buffet est correct, sans plus…

Cons:

L’eau n’est pas incluse dans la demi pension aux repas. Offerte en chambre.
L’emplacement un peu « loin » de tout…

Pros:

The hotel’s location was great, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The grounds were large and beautiful. We visited at the end of October, and there weren’t many people, so there were enough sunbeds for everyone, the place wasn’t crowded, and the staff managed everything perfectly. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers. A bottle of water was provided with every meal. The bar served delicious cocktails. There’s also table tennis and free parking available.

Cons:

The snack bar was quite small and didn’t have much to eat — mostly sandwiches with sausage, fish, or vegetarian options, but the bread wasn’t very fresh. There were few fresh vegetables in the restaurant. The food itself was tasty, but too greasy for my liking. At breakfast, they fried eggs with a lot of oil. In the room, you could hear everything from the corridor.

Hotel de 3*** etichetat ca fiind de 5*****
Pros:

Amplasarea pe malul mării, camera spațioasă cu vedere laterală la mare. Cei doi băieți de la barul de la piscină - nota 10 cu felicitări! Dacă tot personalul hotelului ar fi ca ei ar fi totul perfect!

Cons:

Gălăgie cat cuprinde: cameristele trântesc ușile de la prima oră a dimineții; dacă ieși la ele să le atragi atenția se fac fie ca nu înțeleg, fie ca nu știu engleză (ceea ce e foarte probabil). Micul dejun deși destul de variat, cam fără gust. Ouăle și omleta pline de ulei (și, după culoare, 1000% nu a fost de măsline). Personalul de la recepție foarte arogant; îți răspund de parcă ar fi cel puțin managerii hotelului (sau cine știe, poate chiar sunt 🙂)!

turėjome viešnagę su pusryčiais ir vakariene. Kadangi neturėjome "viskas įskaičiuota", stalo vandens mums nedavė. Vakarienės metu vandenį pardavė už 5 EUR.

Nice hotel but would not book again
Pros:

Nice pool area, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned every day , with bottle water provided.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was poor , hot food was cold , the only truly hot food was the omelette and eggs at the egg station , bar staff were all great especially Marco however no decent wine glasses . Also an acrid smell in the lifts that appeared to come from the basement area.

Great hotel if you want a quiet holiday away from the crowds . We found it friendly and good service . Dharma and Costello in the restaurant need a shout out as they were fantastic. The hotel staff were helpful and a great location in Crete for a relaxing quiet holiday
