Exceptional stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. The hotel is spotless—everything is kept incredibly clean at all times. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Everything was perfect, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Sind von Andreas und Georgia persönlich begrüßt worden.
Wir hatten ein privates Dinner gebucht, was überragend war. 7 fantastische Gänge mit privatem Koch und Kellner.

Hatten das Zimmer 400 mit tollem Blick über die Bucht.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das Bad mit dem hohen Einstieg in die Badewanne/Dusche.

Rethymno Palace is a fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes!
Pros:

The staff are incredibly attentive and you genuinely feel looked after throughout your entire stay.
The food quality is outstanding, with a great variety to suit everyone — even someone as fussy as me! Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of choice every time.
The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and have everything you need — comfy beds, tea, coffee, water, and even cosy gowns (though they might be a little too large to sneak into your suitcase! 😄)
Outside, the space is wonderfully relaxing — you can lounge by the pool or head straight to the beach, whatever takes your fancy. Day trips can also be booked right from the beach — great value and a brilliant way to explore the area.
I'll definitely be back soon — wait for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Voor herhaling vatbaar! Een juweeltje, centraal gelegen op Kreta.
Pros:

Geweldig leuk hotel, ook voor gezinnen. Prima ontbijtbuffet, grote gezinskamer, veel faciliteiten. Het personeel was ons enorm goed van dienst en het hotel vraagt actief om feedback. Ook als je niet all-inclusive zit zoals wij kun je voor een redelijke prijs prima eten en drinken.

Pros:

This hotel has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed the spa. I had two massages there, and I’ve never been more relaxed thanks to Stefanos and Hosmik.
I can only recommend you visit them during your stay at this hotel.

Relaxing stay at the beach
Pros:

We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea.
We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem.

Das Hotel überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit einem großzügigen Poolbereich und direktem Zugang zum Meer – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit bemüht ist, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Ein Detail, das uns besonders beeindruckt hat: Der Hotelmanager selbst lebt Gastfreundschaft auf höchstem Niveau – nicht nur gegenüber den Gästen, sondern auch gegenüber seinem gesamten Team. Er begrüßt morgens persönlich, ist präsent, aufmerksam und interessiert sich ehrlich für das Wohlbefinden aller. Diese wertschätzende und herzliche Art spürt man im ganzen Haus und sie macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Das Essen – insbesondere im All-Inclusive-Angebot – ist vielfältig, frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei, und die Qualität überzeugt durchgehend.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: ruhig gelegen, aber nur eine kurze Fahrt von der wunderschönen Altstadt von Rethymno entfernt, die definitiv einen Besuch wert ist.

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes 5-Sterne-Hotel für alle, die Erholung, Komfort und echten Service mit Herz suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
