Our stay at Rethymno Palace was truly unforgettable. We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.

Everything was exceptional, the beautiful hotel, the friendly and attentive staff, the delicious food, and the outstanding service. Everyone made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect.

We are especially grateful to the entire team for helping us celebrate such an important milestone and for all the care and effort they put into making our wedding experience so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to detail meant so much to us.

We wholeheartedly recommend Rethymno Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday or a special place to celebrate an important occasion. We sincerely hope to come back one day. Thank you for giving us memories that we will cherish forever!

Bellissima esperienza, posto super pulito, super organizzato, consiglio la formula all inclusive poiché si ha un’ampia scelta in tutti i pasti e la cucina è davvero ottima

We had a very good overall experience and a wonderful two-night stay at Rethymno Palace.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The entire property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food served at the hotel was consistently good.

Was expecting much better for such a starred palace
Cons:

Food not that amazing. Was on half-board formula and did not feel super welcomed by most of the staff. Pool access time only 10am to 6pm. Room really hot even with AC and first day with dozen of mosquitos, so did not spend a great night!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, maar zou geen all inclusive meer kiezen in dit hotel.
Pros:

Prachtige kamers, alles is heel schoon. Gezelligheid aan de beach bar. Complimenten voor Katarina voor de goede service!

Cons:

Het ontbijt en de lunch waren echt prima, maar het diner was wat ons betreft geen 5 sterren waard.

Tolle Hotelanlage fürs Baden, direkt am Strand. Die Küche kann sich qualitativ noch steigern.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen wurden Buffetmässig im riesigen Speisesaal angeboten. Das Angebot für ein mehrgängiges Menü (auf Reservierung) war eine gute Alternative um in ruhiger, gepflegter Atmosphäre zu speisen.
Das Hotel grenzt direkt an die lange Strandpromenade und stellte ausreichend Liegestühle kostenfrei für die Hotelgäste zur Verfügung. Auch die Poolanlage war sehr gepflegt und mit Palmen und Blumen umsäumt.
Das Hotelpersonal war überaus freundlich und das Wohl des Gastes lag dem Hotelmanager sehr am Herzen, welcher sehr präsent täglich in der Anlage anzutreffen war.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und Abendessen wurden im riesigen Speisesaal angeboten. Die Qualität der Speisen und Zubereitung überzeugten nicht immer.
Es sind nicht alle Zimmer nach neuem modernen Stil eingerichtet. So konnten wir ohne weiteres unsere Suite wechseln, da diese anfänglich, nicht mit den geposteten Bildern übereinstimmte.
